Lately they are all about the money and not about to save lives. They prescribed the wrong medicine to my beautiful Dog and he died💔 one week later due to complications using those pills,( please read the medicine labels)😢they took forever to release my Dog records because they falsify them, saying my pet has something else besides what he really came for ... a month earlier I overheard behind the door, the stuff asked to the doctor the following, so you didn't get anything?, the doctor said no nothing. Ahgg..😡 this make me sick. They will try to sell you a treatment and medication without any reason. I noticed they will kill pets because they can't get more monetary benefits out of the owner. I regret taking my beautiful Dog to this clinic where they dont care about the loyal costumers.😪 I really hope they realize how important is to be more kind, because without furry costumers their "business" will fail.

I cannot say enough good things about Brazoswood Veterinary Center in Brazoria, Texas. I’m currently traveling for work, and my dog’s allergies suddenly flared up badly. I needed to get her in for a Cytopoint injection and was having an incredibly difficult time finding an appointment anywhere until I called here. Aaliyah (I hope I spelled that correctly!) was incredibly kind and reassuring on the phone. She listened carefully to everything I explained and was able to get us in the very next day. Once we arrived, my dog was a bit reactive and stressed at the vet. Aaliyah was extremely attentive and aware of the environment around us. On multiple occasions, when other owners were not paying close attention to their dogs and they began approaching mine, she stepped in before I even had the chance to say anything. That made me feel so much more comfortable and helped prevent unnecessary stress or confrontation. Cailyn was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the visit. The reception staff alone deserves 5 stars. Dr. Ashley is the type of veterinarian every vet should aspire to be. I do a tremendous amount of research regarding my dog’s allergies and health, and instead of being dismissive or patronizing, Dr. Ashley genuinely appreciated how invested I am in my dog’s care. She listened carefully, respected my observations, and treated me like a teammate in the decision-making process. That is unfortunately rare. She never pressured me into unnecessary testing or treatments and gave me plenty of time to think through options without making me feel rushed. She is also incredibly compassionate with animals and will literally get down on the floor with you to make your dog feel comfortable and provide the best care possible. This was genuinely the best veterinary experience I have ever had, and I am extremely grateful to the entire staff. Thank you all so much!!!!

LOVEEE!! I took my baby to see dr beggs and he was amazing! Such great care from techs and front desk lady’s are amazing! My other pets saw Dr Ashely and she’s amazing! Took the time to care for my big boy because he was so scared but she quickly made him comfortable!

So, from the guy who doesn't leave reviews, because he believes a good review is simply continuing to do business together, please allow me to introduce you to the team at Brazos Woods. I almost drove past it this morning. I didn't recognize the place, because there was less parking space available. This is due to the fact that they need more walls for their operation. Founding doctor, Dr. Ashley, earned my repeated business 5 minutes into our first meeting. Flash forward a few years with the pleasant addition of Dr Kohrt (though I had to check the site to ensure proper spelling), and the quality of care doubled. I have not had the fortune to meet with Dr. Beggs yet, but I know this. He would not have been welcomed into the practice if he was not just as passionate about animal care. I certainly look forward to working with him in the future. One could argue the old adage of saving the best for last could apply here. I can't conclusively say yet. That topic is the amazing staff of technicians that assist the doctors. Their knowledge and expertise helped create the reason I almost drove by the place this morning; business expansion; the result of everyone else's reviews. Lastly, if you're a fella who likes gals, the scenery in that joint is fantastic! Go find a sick dog to take to see them. I'm thinking of getting another one myself.

Dr. Ashley has been amazing and compassionate in every emergency situation I have needed her. She is also not afraid to give a referral to a specialist for something out of her scope, such as when my puppy needed emergency orthopedic surgery. She has gotten us in very quickly and is so sweet with the pets. Thank you for all that you do.

I really had high hopes for this veterinarian clinic when I came here for the first time based off of the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, they’re like most vets. They fearmonger you into getting you to pay for as many test as possible. It’s really sad because people love their animals and they want to try and take care of them and instead of vets being decent honest human beings and doing the right by the animals they only care about money and make it impossible for someone to bring their pet in and get medication to help them instead of running multiple tests that they can’t afford AND THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY! Honestly, how do you sleep at night? I was blatantly lied to by the vet so I will not trust them with any of my pet pets in the future and I will not recommend.

Dr Ashley is always AMAZING!! She is our preferred vet when we visit. Our male dog has a hard time trusting and she is so patient with him! When we took our cat, Booger, in to see why he was losing weight we found out he was diabetic. She was so wonderful with him. We had him on medication for a couple of months but he ended up getting too weak so we had to make the hard decision to let him go. Dr Ashley was so wonderful during that difficult time. You can tell that she truly cares for the animals and their human companions. Definitely recommend her for all of your veterinary care!!

I brought in a homeless cat that I have been taking care of outdoors for about two years. He was very ill and his feet were bleeding. Dr. Khort Was so wonderful and so kind to me and the cat I brought in. He was very old and he was very ill And smelled really Bad from his illness. I chose to have him put to sleep. The staff, Especially Dr. Khort were so kind and so gentle and so loving. I just want to thank them all.
