I take small groups of adults with special needs out into the community. Last week they chose to go try Bounce Empire out for the first time. Oh my goodness...I was not expecting the staff to be so accommodating, kind, helpful, and inclusive. Gentry went above and beyond to make sure my group had the BEST experience! She was absolutely phenomenal! We also weren't planning on staying for lunch, but the group decided they wanted to try it out. They have great options and the food was tasty too! We can't wait to go back!!

A+++ Amazing, Awesome and Absolutely the best place to go for kids & adults! My son and I went for a Minecraft event & I knew Bounce Empire HAD to be the place for his birthday. A few weeks before the big day, called to ask some questions and spoke to Gentry. She was very knowledgeable and understood the assignment, to have fun!!!! Gentry told me to come in for a tour (which was fantastic!), we scheduled and on the day of my son’s birthday, she was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and supportive. Gentry had the party room all set, and checked in on us from time to time, making sure everything and everyone were all set and enJOYing our time at Bounce Empire. She truly helped me set aside any mama anxiety I had and cared for my kiddo-making sure he had a + memorable birthday experience. The atmosphere was perfect! We had our own really cool space/room for the party yet, the entire place felt roomy enough for us all to go all over without feeling we were crowded (like at some kids places:/). The families that came had never been to Bounce Empire but, by the end of the party everyone was saying how great everything was, especially all the kiddos!! I know for a fact since his party, some of them definitely went back for more family fun. If you are considering this space to host ANY event/party, don’t even bother looking at contending options, just BOOK it!! Honestly, prices for Bounce empire, are not bad at all. Considering all that is included, the time (it’s unlimited!), the space is clean, organized and what you can do there absolutely exceed any other venue place that I considered. Bounce Empire really is above and beyond all the other indoor “fun “places!! I MamaBear promise, y’all will have a wonderful time and make happy memories!!!! Thank you Gentry & Bounce Empire!!!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bounce Empire and their incredible team. This was my daughter’s 8th birthday, and it meant so much to our family. She lost her dad when he was killed while serving in the military, and since then we’ve had to move several times. It’s been a difficult few years for her, so all I wanted was to give her one day where she could simply be a happy kid and feel celebrated. Bounce Empire made that happen. Not only was the entire experience stress-free and fun, but they went so far above and beyond what they ever needed to do. Their generosity and kindness honestly left me speechless. The staff was incredible from beginning to end, but I especially want to recognize Abbey. She was absolutely amazing. She treated us with so much kindness, compassion, and genuine care. She didn’t just help host a birthday party—she helped create memories my daughter will carry with her forever. Watching my daughter smile, laugh, and truly enjoy herself after everything she’s been through was priceless. As a mom, I can’t put into words what that meant to me. If you’re considering having a party or spending the day at Bounce Empire, don’t hesitate. They aren’t just an amazing venue—they’re genuinely amazing people. Thank you, Abbey, and thank you to everyone at Bounce Empire for making my little girl’s birthday one she’ll never forget. We’ll absolutely be back.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. This experience was truly above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The service here is unlike anywhere else I’ve been—and I’ve been to some pretty fancy places. Honestly, those places could learn a thing or two from the incredible staff at Bounce Empire. We celebrated my son’s 4th birthday here today, and it was absolutely magical. He got to go up on stage and DJ with Bumblebee, we took photos afterward, and every single guest had an amazing time. We received so many compliments from our guests about how incredible the experience was. The owner, James, even came over personally to congratulate us, which meant so much. And Gentry—you are an absolute GEM! Thank you for facilitating everything and making the entire day feel effortless. Every request we made was handled immediately and with such care. This day will be a phenomenal, lifelong memory for our family. We truly cannot recommend this experience enough. Thank you all so much!

Came once just for fun, then came for my daughter’s birthday party. Gentry helped us with our reservation, our room, food etc. Friday nights are cheaper than Saturday so I’d recommend going on a Friday!! They don’t make you pay a party room price but just per person which I thought was genius. They’ll call your name over the intercom that your food is ready in case everyone is out jumping. I was very impressed with their party skills!!

Bounce Empire will not disappoint and is great for all ages. We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here and all we had to do was show up. Arianna and her team are amazing. They were all so kind & respectful & do it all! The room was decorated perfectly and our daughter kept saying “oh my gosh” We will definitely be back! Thank you for the memories!

Great place to take the family! There is plenty to do for all: a variety of activities to keep everyone engaged. After 3 hours there, my grandsons didn’t want to leave. Can’t rate the food since we didn’t eat there, but the slushies were good.

We had the BEST family day with my toddler & newborn. Highly recommend for date night, family day or girls night out! There is something for everyone, including a 21+ bar that overlooks the play floor!
