The Tres Fuegos Burger was hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. Every bite was a burst of flavor. Pizza and cocktails were amazing too. Great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

We were traveling through and heard that this is a must stop place in Boulder. The atmosphere was great. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The drinks were good. Great beer selection and a large selection of drinks. We had a few different sandwiches and enjoyed them all. The Cowboy Rueben was amazing. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was really good. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was also good. The seasoning on the fries was also really good. We also enjoyed their homemade pickles.

Amazing and historical restaurant in one of my favorite places in all of Colorado! Came to Boulder on a whim with my partner and saw this place on a map and HAD to try it. Did not disappoint! My Tres Fuego burger was incredibly good and really spicy, but I am very happy I asked for the Habenero Jam on the side because it was one of the spiciest things I have ever tasted. They also had student discounts which came in handy for us! Absolutely will visit again whenever we decide to visit again!

I love and appreciate their mocktail menu! They do not have a gluten free beer option which is disappointing. The wings are just okay. The gluten free pizza is also just okay… it’s not bad, but we’ve had a lot better. The vibe is super collegey but that’s expected given the location. The chipotle aioli is super tasty.

We ate here twice during my son’s graduation weekend, and both experiences were fantastic. The food was top-notch, and the service was even better. The staff truly went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a great meal and a place to relax, this is it!

This burger was amazing! Really nice and spicy burger, go for the tres fuegos. And a perfect side is the mac and cheese cremy and delicious. I also had a nice local IPA beer to match.

What an amazing place to eat some incredible food. The vibe was really upbeat. The music and atmosphere were outstanding. The food was so, so good. Excellent flavors. We ordered the brisket Mac and cheese and the burger with onion straws. Everything was so delicious. We were near speechless. Highly recommend!

This is a kooky little place in Boulder, CO. I was unsure about this place before going, but I was so wrong to question it! If you're looking for a burger - this is the spot. It's a casual environment and above average for a small college town restaurant. The service was good, food came out in a reasonable amount of time, etc - it checks the essential boxes. As for the food, I got a burger with fries and a side of chili. Overall, great - especially for the price. You can tell there's history to the burgers and they've been doing this for quite some time. You can't go wrong with a burger here. Colorado also has some of the best beef so you really can't go wrong! Now, for the kicker... the chili was outstanding. Up there with the best chilis I've had in my life! It was completed unexpected and I will not be forgetting about this chili any time soon. Unfortunately, I live in Illinois and won't be able to go back anytime soon. It's tempting to ask if they can freeze and ship it to me LOL. For a quant diner, it's got my vote all the way for a casual lunch / dinner spot. 9 /10
