I've found Bessie's new vet here. Everyone was very gracious. You're tech, Brittany, is amazing. She's just a little light in the room. Very happy, bubbly, and friendly. My spirit was lifted just watching her interact with the pet patents.

The entire experience at Northpark Animal Hospital is stress free and full of positive vibes. The receptionists are friendly and very quick. The vet techs and vet (Dr Phillips) are so good my dog is happy to go there even tho he gets shots and told he has to go on a diet 🤣! My dog receives cytopoint shots, blood panels, and seizure medication from his doctor. Every visit is productive and we leave very happy. This last visit he got a Christmas cookie! I'm surprised he didn't insist we immediately return for more.

We absolutely love Northpark Animal Hospital! Dr. Phillips is an absolute doll and takes such wonderful care of our senior dog. She always includes my daughter in the appointments, which makes the experience really special for her. My daughter actually loves coming with me and even brings one of her stuffed animals along so it can have its own “exam.” The staff always play along and make it such a fun, welcoming experience for her. Our dog is so comfortable there that he literally just lays down and relaxes during visits; which says everything about how calm and caring the environment is. Wendy at the front desk is always incredibly kind and patient, and every vet tech we’ve encountered has been loving and gentle with both us and our fur baby. They’ve also been very accommodating on the occasions when I’ve needed to reschedule appointments, which I truly appreciate. I also really value how transparent they are with treatment planning. They take the time to explain options and make sure we feel comfortable with decisions about our dog’s care. We’re so grateful to have such a compassionate and trustworthy veterinary team in our community. 🐾

***Too Expensive*** Very professional,clean, and caring. I'm so glad I found this animal hospital for my new baby. That was my first review. I'm now coming back to say they really don't care and are way too expensive. When you really need them they are cold and uncaring.

I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. Dr. Phillips and the entire team are absolutely wonderful. I bring all of my animals here—and even the strays I take care of—and they’ve always made everything so easy, convenient, and stress-free. What really stands out is how genuinely caring and attentive they are. They remember my pets by name (even the strays!), and you can tell they truly love animals. That kind of personal touch means a lot. I never feel rushed, and I always feel like my animals are in the best hands. If you’re looking for a vet who is not only knowledgeable but also kind, thoughtful, and consistent, this is the place. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets.

I had a great first visit at this vet clinic. The staff and vet were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my dog’s well being rather than profit. They listened and provided feedback and advice that made sense. Great experience!

I recently had occasion to take my German Shepherd to Northpark Animal Hospital. Both doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, and the assistants and office staff are professional and courteous. My dog doesn’t have occasion to interact with the public, but the staff was great with him. I highly recommend this office for your pets.
