The fit and finish of the facility is amazing, the atmosphere is very quiet, and the customer service is great. They also work with multiple bank lenders, making the financing process smooth and flexible. Highly recommend!

From the moment I reached out online to driving off the lot, this team made the entire car-buying experience genuinely enjoyable, which is not something I say lightly. Do not waste your time coming here. This dealership falsely advertised a vehicle for $23,980, which is the only reason I drove two and a half hours to see it. At no point before my visit was I clearly told that this price was conditional on financing through them. I had already made it clear that I intended to purchase the car with cash. After arriving, I was informed that the advertised price only applied if I financed through their dealership. When I declined and chose to pay cash, the manager refused to honor the listed price and instead quoted me $27,000 including tax, title, and registration which is a significant increase from what was advertised. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic advertise a low price to get customers in the door, then change the terms once they arrive. It’s misleading, unprofessional, and a complete disregard for customers’ time especially for those traveling long distances. They also lost another sale. I was planning to send my son here to purchase a vehicle he had been looking at, but after this experience, there is no way I would recommend this dealership to him or anyone else. This kind of greedy and deceptive business practice speaks volumes.
