An amazing experience in Key West! Walking through the conservatory surrounded by hundreds of beautiful butterflies was peaceful and unforgettable. It was incredible to see so many different species flying all around in such a lush tropical setting. The staff was friendly, the conservatory was well maintained, and every corner was perfect for photos. If you’re visiting Key West, this is definitely a must see attraction!

This place made our entire trip to Key West worthwhile! The absolute moment you walk inside, you are blown away by the sheer number of magnificent butterflies flying all around you. There are so many different types and vibrant colors to see. The staff has built an incredible, immersive habitat that makes you feel like you've stepped right into a lush, tropical rainforest. If you are visiting Key West, this is highly recommended... don't miss it!

This was a fun 'add-on' that a friend recommended. I got there late in the day and I wished I had a bit more time(plus it was very hot and humid, so you move more slowly). It was very charming, the butterflies are thoroughly enjoyable, so are the birds, especially the flamingos. Wonderful to watch the butterflies flutter around as you are in their habitat.

We absolutely love the Butterfly and Nature conservancy! We have visited multiple times and each time we see something new. This place is just magical. From all of the butterflies floating around, to the incredible birds and flowers, to the peaceful music playing in the background, it's just so peaceful. The main event is seeing Rhett and Scarlett the two flamingos. They are so beautiful and quite the characters. They talk and dance for all visitors. I definitely recommend all visitors of Key West to check out the butterfly and nature conservancy. You won't regret it!

Loved this place! The botanical gardens alone are beautiful. The butterflies are gorgeous and the blue ones seem to be the friendlyist as they land on you a lot. They have a mated pair of Flamingos named Rhett and Scarlett that roam free. The gift shop is packed full of fun things. It is also on one of the Old Town Trolley stops. Highly recommend this.

We were captivated by the enchanting experience. The sanctuary showcased a diverse array of butterflies, varying in color and form, which gracefully fluttered throughout the premises and even alighted on our hats. While butterflies were the primary focus, we also observed various birds, flamingos, and a striking turtle. The customer service was exemplary. Additionally, the retail store offered an exquisite collection of butterfly-themed merchandise for both children and adults. This is an essential destination for anyone visiting the Keys. We highly recommend it and intend to return if we are in the vicinity.

The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. The moment you walk through the doors, the outside world seems to disappear. You are surrounded by hundreds of beautiful butterflies floating gracefully through a lush tropical paradise filled with exotic plants, colorful flowers, waterfalls, and stunning birds. It feels less like an attraction and more like stepping into a hidden garden from a classic novel. What impressed me most was the atmosphere. Everything is peaceful, elegant, and wonderfully serene. Time seems to slow down as butterflies land gently nearby and sunlight filters through the tropical foliage. Every corner offers something beautiful to admire. This is not just a place to see butterflies. It is an experience that reminds you how extraordinary nature can be when it is cared for with such passion and attention to detail. The conservatory is impeccably maintained, and every part of it feels thoughtfully designed to create a sense of wonder. If you are visiting Key West, this is an absolute must-see. Whether you love nature, photography, or simply beautiful places, this conservatory offers a magical escape from the ordinary. Truly breathtaking, unforgettable, and one of the most enchanting attractions I have ever visited. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without hesitation.

What a fantastic experience. I really did not know what to expect when we went in. Immediately a kaleidoscope of butterflies went past me. They were landing on me and my wife and others. So many colors. The birds let you get so close to get their pics. The two flamingos were captivating with their striking color and calling to each other. The staff were very nice and helpful with answering so many questions from people. A definite must when you visit Key West!
