I have bought most all of my cars from Hillside Honda thru the years. Isaiah reached out to me about trading in my accord for a new car. There was nothing wrong with my accord, but I prefer the HRV. So, we made an appointment and he was waiting for me. I appreciated having my point person. He was so very nice and helpful. When I agreed to the new HRV, he showed me how to work all the technology, set up my phone with it, and allowed me to thoroughly inspect it inside the showroom before I happily drove away. He even gave me his cell number and said I could call him with any future questions, which I really appreciate. I totally love my new car and am so happy I made the new purchase. I will go back to Hillside Honda for my next purchase in the future and recommend them to others.

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hillside Honda. I am selecting one star only because I had to so I can post this and make buyers aware. DO NOT COME HERE , THEY WILL SCAM YOU. On May 30, 2026, I purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot and was led to believe my monthly payment would be approximately $511 per month. I was also told that a warranty and tire/wheel protection were required in order to obtain financing. After taking the vehicle home and reviewing the paperwork, I discovered that my actual contract reflected a payment of $1,097.88 per month at 22.59% APR for 72 months. This was completely different from what I believed I had agreed to. I immediately contacted the dealership because I cannot afford a payment of over $1,000 per month. Rather than resolving the issue, I was told to wait until I received paperwork from New York State before they could assist me. I later received information from Santander Consumer USA showing different financing terms than those contained in the contract I was provided, which only added to my concerns and confusion. I am currently seeking cancellation of the transaction and a refund of my $2,800 down payment. Buyers should carefully review every document and verify all financing terms before leaving the dealership. MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF YOU’RE GETTING CHARGED FOR THE WARRANTY!!! This has been one of the most stressful vehicle purchases I have ever experienced.”

I had to wait 2+hours for the sticker and they got my VIN wrong. It has been almost a month but I still have not received my registration.
