Absolutely incredible experience for our family! This is by far one of the best children's museums we've ever visited. There were so many hands-on exhibits that kept our kids engaged for hours, from the dinosaur displays to the interactive learning areas. The museum was clean, well organized, and packed with activities for a wide range of ages. Every section felt like a new adventure, and there was so much to see that we easily could have spent even more time exploring. The giant dinosaur exhibit outside is an unforgettable sight, and the staff throughout the museum were friendly and helpful. If you're traveling through Indianapolis with kids, this is a must-visit destination. We made amazing family memories and would absolutely come back again!

Huge and lots of fun for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there is free parking and the amount of attractions will boggle the mind. Fun for kids of all ages and the outdoor sports area was excellent. The only problem was the prices. A small bottle of Gatorade was almost $6. It only went up from there. Oh well still worth it.

I came here for something to do while I was visiting a friend for a couple of days and even though I'm 23 and it says "childrens" museum I was very entertained! The power of children exhibit was heartbreaking, the blown glass exhibit was incredible to look at and overall I had a great time walking around and it was a good way to kill a few hours! If I wasnt on a time crunch for my trip I would have loved to spend a full day going through the museum!

Our family absolutely loves spending time here! 🥰 Every visit feels like a new adventure for the kids. We first came during the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse exhibit 🎉 and since then we’ve kept coming back for Winterfaire ❄️ and the Paw Patrol experience 🐾. The rotating exhibits make each trip exciting and different, so it never gets boring. Getting the season pass was totally worth it — after just two visits it basically paid for itself 💯. The staff, activities, and atmosphere make this place so special for families with children. And honestly, one of the funniest bonuses is that our kids fall asleep in the car within 30 minutes after leaving 😴🚗. Highly recommend this museum to any family looking for fun, interactive, and memorable experiences! ❤️

We have four kids ranging from ages 3 to 12, and they all absolutely love this museum! It is easily one of the best we’ve ever visited. A huge highlight is the outdoor Riley Children’s Health Sports Legends Experience. The variety is incredible—basketball, soccer, hockey, baseball, tennis, track, football, and even pedal carts. One of the coolest features is the mini-golf designed by Pete and Alice Dye, where you use tennis-style balls, which is such a clever touch for kids! The indoor exhibits are just as impressive. My kids specifically loved the Dinosphere and the Beyond Spaceship Earth area. There are tons of shows and activities, though a heads-up to other visitors: some can be hard to get into due to limited space, so try to plan those early. You could easily spend more than a full day here and still not see everything. Excellent experience for all ages!

I took my nieces to the The Children's Museum of Indianapolis on a Saturday and had such a great time! There was so much for the kids to see and do, and every area was interactive and engaging. From dinosaurs to space exhibits to hands-on activities, they stayed entertained for hours. Even though it was a busy Saturday, everything was well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. The museum was clean, easy to navigate, and had activities for all ages. It’s definitely one of the best places in Indianapolis for a fun family day out. My nieces absolutely loved it, and we’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Absolutely recommend. We came on a spring break vacation from New York, and this was definitely on our list. We got there at 10, and got right in. We started on the 5th floor and worked our way down —pssst, it’s less crowded so you get so much time before people make their way up ;)— the kids loved every floor. Their favorite was of course the outdoor areas for sports. We wish we could have gotten another day to just explore but we had so much packed into our schedule. Next time I plan to do a vlog of the museum and upload to my tik tok channel. We can’t wait to visit again. If you’re wondering whether to spend the money and make the trip, do it! Full transparency- we are a family of 8 (5 children+my nephew), and we paid $232 for a full day there. But, worth every penny. Thanks, Indy!!! ♥️

It was so cool even I as a grown up had fun. The staff is more than just nice, they're also helpful. It was my son's birthday and his carousel ride was free, they not only did a shout out but also had the happy birthday song the whole ride with all the other parents yelling his name, I almost cried. The winter Faire was great too, but unfortunately, I couldn't stand in the line for the slide, it was way too long. If you want to enjoy everything, you have to be there at 10am until 5pm, and even then I don't think you'd be able to see it all😅. I also loved how informative everything was, and those 2 girls at the Stem lab, they were wonderful. So much to see
