I got quotes for a mini split from several companies. Tim, the estimator was by far the most knowledgeable and comprehensive. The price was fair and the office staff was very responsive. It’s a very professional company with terrific follow through. The install was great. The installers were personable and easy to communicate with. I felt heard and understood. Larry just completed the annual check-up on our system (also originally installed by Thomson AC) and did a great job! He communicated to let us know he was on his way, arrived in the service window we had booked (note: it was a nice two hour window rather than a full day of waiting around), and he was well spoken and respectful. We opted for a system upgrade that he was able to install during our appointment rather than having to book another appointment which was appreciated. Shout out to the office staff for reaching out to get check-ups scheduled. I really appreciate that they've found the sweet spot of getting in touch (email and text) but don't overwhelm you with "offers" and marketing emails between service calls, and that you can call and speak with someone to get appointments booked. Overall would highly recommend anyone needing a new system, service or checkup this company has been great - from the quality of the system, to the office staff to the techs they've all been a pleasure to work with.

Thompson heating and air is top notch and I have enjoyed all aspects of our relationship. They did an excellent job in installing my system and now after the first year, they were great to come out and service it. I would recommend Thompson first!

Excellent service with great communication — would definitely use again. He diagnosed an open coil and a slightly low refrigerant level. He seal our coil back and gave us honest recommendations. No pressure, just clear pricing and honest pros/cons of each choice.

Always fair, never push up sells, and most of all give friendly honest advice even if it results in a lower sale for them. I've had a mix of people from Thomson come to my home from initial sales to installation and maintenance techs and they've all been incredibly respectful of my property which I can't say the same for NexGen who left dirty handprints down my freshly painted hallways and laughed about it. Not only that, Thomson beat their price by a lot and never made me feel like I needed all of the upsell options while NexGen made it out like I was crazy if I didn't do all the upgraded services they were quoting 3x the price on. Highly recommend Thomson. Just call them for a quote and you will immediately know why I like them.

Thomson has been truly fantastic. We’ve had major HVAC issues after moving into our house, and Thomson has been with us every step of the way. They worked tirelessly to try and fix it, and while ultimately not able to which is disappointing , i definitely do not feel that was because of a lack of effort. Unlike other companies who have simply said just replace it, they really put in their effort. Kind, courteous, and very fair with pricing (even saying they’d only charge us for the repair that ultimately actually fixed it, not the intermediate steps if they didn’t work). Great experience all around.

I was having a heater issue. My heater would come on when it wanted to. But of course it wouldn't work during the cold nights. Thanks to yelp, I found Thomson Hvac The tech and I thought it should be a simple fix. He inspected my entire system, diagnosed the problem, and quoted the job. We moved forward with the fix, and it worked fine, and then it didn't. After a few more visits, and some more parts and tinkering, it finally started working properly. Although it was a strange and difficult situation, they stuck to it until the problem was resolved67 p. The techs Danny and Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Another thing to add, the way the company communicated back and forth with me was great. They answered every call and every text. Most of the time I spoke with Stacey and she was great. If you're looking for an honest and professional company, this is it.

I have been using Thomson A/C for about 15 years for my main home and my rental properties for regular maintenance and also installation of A/C and furnace. They are a good company with knowledgeable, well-trained techs that consistently provides good service. This year, their tech Larry O. serviced our properties. He was very diligent and thorough in the maintenance visits. He even opened up the A/C units to hose them out from the inside. Thanks for the good work!
