I found a truck here that my fiancé fell in love with. When we arrived Manny was outside waiting and greeted us warmly but swiftly. He was knowledgeable, honest and very hard working for us! Mike, the sales manager was also kind & understanding which can be VERY RARE in the car industry. We’re glad we got to meet him. The last stop on our experience was In finance with Tim! He answered all of my fiancés questions, double checked his work and gave us a card for our own information. We didn’t know what to expect when arriving today but we left with a dream in our driveway and so glad we got to meet the team today! Thanks again everyone!

I traded in my 2025 Volvo XC90 for an F-150 Platinum at Huntersville Ford, and I can confidently say this is how buying a vehicle should be done. What makes this even more impressive is that earlier that same morning I stopped at another dealership to look at a CPO truck, and it was honestly embarrassing how trashed it was. It looked like the employee driving it treated it like a rental — dirty, worn, and nowhere near what you’d expect from something labeled “certified.” The difference between that dealership and Huntersville Ford wasn’t even close. When I got to Huntersville Ford, the truck was immaculate, priced right, and exactly as advertised. No games, no hidden nonsense, and absolutely zero pushy sales tactics — which is rare in the car business. Huge credit to the team that made it happen: • Kyle (sales rep) – professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. • Joseph and Aaron (sales managers) – straight shooters who worked out a great deal without the usual dealership back-and-forth. • Tim in finance – made the paperwork process quick, simple, and painless. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience at Huntersville Ford! Went looking at Broncos and decided to purchase one but ended up having to wait due to the recall. Our Salesman Colton Compton and the mangers went above and beyond with communication and making sure the recall was taken care of as soon as possible.
