Thank you to Cecilia Alvarado for assisting me with a policy change. She was handled the issue quickly and professionally. She also saw something I missed and took care of it. Texan Insurance has been our broker for years and have always provided excellent customer service!

I've worked with Texan Insurance for a handful of years and have been satisfied with their services. However, today I had the pleasure of talking to Calvin Landry. He was friendly, and quickly build rapport through sharing key information and connecting with me as a human! What a great reminder that you can get the job done in a way that allows for connection and true appreciation. I was able to get my flood insurance renewed and address updated.

I have been a customer of Texan insurance for over 10 years but this year has far exceeded every year prior. I was making a service call in regard to my policy recently and was able to have the experience of working with Crystal Blevins (an agent) and was beyond please! Not only was she effective, and professional, but friendly and funny when working with her. I have always been happy with my company but to have a representative like her to follow up on things with when needed makes it that much easily. My coworker was looking for policies and knew if this company and I sent them back to Texan insurance for quotes! Happily! They are very responsive, and I believe the find the best rates possible to suit my needs.
