I visited the store today just to browse, but the experience was amazing because their collection is outstanding. I found all types of dresses for every event and their Turkey jewelry collection is beautiful. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for high quality dresses along with sweetest customer service.

I needed my purchase during a specific time due to package theft. S&T customer worked with me to ship out my order at my preferred day to ensure that I would get my order. I ordered a 3 piece lawn set. The kameez is lined and both the shalwar and kameez are super soft and comfortable cotton while the orna is either polyester or a cotton polyester blend. Not into ornas so this is not a deal breaker. The workmanship is great. No loose or left over threads. The seams are pressed/folded flat so there is nothing scratching me. The elastic on the shalwar waist band is wide enough to not cut/dig into the skin. The set is as good as it looked on the site. Sizing, thank heavens, is for American Desis not the our slimmer cousins from the homeland. So the XL is an American XL. This was a relief. Overall great customer service and great product. Very pleased to have found this store

I came into the store to exchange a dress I got as a gift and honestly didn’t even have the order details with me. Alizah helped me figure it out and somehow managed to find the order. It was also a little past the 7-day exchange window but she still helped me out and allowed the exchange, which I really appreciated. The collection is really good too. Definitely coming back!!

DO NOT GO HERE. the “manager” is a very rude person. My fiancé and I grabbed a shalwar Kamis- went next door and found something better. CAME BACK TO THE STORE TO RETURN LITERALLY WITHIN 10 MINUTES. LIKE I WILL PROVIDE TIMESTAMPS with receipts- and the manager said oh sorry you made the purchase in store- you can only get store credit…. Like where in the world is this even a thing? Then I went back to try to exchange an item that I had purchased about 2 weeks ago online to get a bigger size- she said no you can’t even exchange it. I used to love string n thread but after this manager I will never come back to buy from here again. There are way better quality clothing next door at princess couture! Go there!!! DO NOT go to this store- I promise you, you will regret and waste your time! That manager sucks and this store needs new employees asap

My trip was ok, nothing good was found there. The sales lady was trying her best to communicate, but it didn't work. Every shelf is overpacked, and it's hard to take things out and put them back. After a few minutes, everything looks the same, a crowded pattern, so all looks the same, but in different colors. Oh well.

We visited the store to buy some dresses for event. When I entered I was surprised to find so many good options. U had a great experience. The store is well organized and clothes are stylish. The staff is dry and helpful.

Them responding and saying my kurta had a heavy odor and was used is so hilarious! Try keeping up the good image. DO NOT GO HERE GUYS!!! Trust me. They don’t know how to run a business! Better businesses on hillcroft! My father in law tried on the kurta and it didn’t fit him…. Not used at all. Purchased it for my nikkah my nikkah is on April 11… lol

I had a fantastic experience shopping at this clothing store! The selection is stylish, high-quality, and offers something for every taste and occasion. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
