Southwest Farmers Market

I bought food here for the first time and it was absolutely horrible. The meat was tough to chew and the rice was extremely hard and tasteless. The stew was so dry and messy. And worst of all, there was hair in the food. I ended up throwing it away, a complete waste of money. Would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered food online and it was so good. I think their USP is puff puff. I have gained extra 10inches from relishing thoses goodness.😂😂. Sorry. I forgot to take pictures, but they were really good. The Moimoi looks good too. Plantain leaf Moimoi. I have not had it since I left Nigeria. My first experience. I am impressed. Just give them a trial.

The rice was so dry and hard and the stew was also dry. As if It had no oil in it. To top it off I kept finding Hair in my food. This was almost $20 worth of food and turned out to be a waste of money. Unacceptable and disappointed. The pictures speak for themselves.

The best thing about this place are the people who work here. They seem to genuinely like working here and it translates to how they offer help to customers. The atmosphere is family and they remember you when you return. As to the prices of foods...well, it is expensive. But we're also a long way from home so...

Customer's service needs a lot of improvement. Most of people working there have very bad odor which makes it difficult to shop there especially cooked meals. The management should stress good hygiene and use of deodorant as some other African stores I visited

Be careful and make sure at checkout u have all your produce with you before you pay, those guy at checkout have way of making you forget stuff I notice it usually happens 2 hrs to closing time. They know you won't come back for it and they do that to keep the produce for themselves. They find it difficult to say hello or how is ya day or even keep a smiling face, everything is silent with frown face as if they don't want to be there. So check your produce before you pay.

They don’t answer their phones. So no way to know if they ever fixed their broken agege bread machine without wasting another trip. -___-

Love the variety and the feeling of being transported to Nigeria once you walk through the door. A little expensive though but then it's probably to cover the cost of importing the foodstuff. The freshly baked 9ja style bread was heavenly. Couldn't wait to get home to tear out a piece, squeeze it and take a bite. Yes i ate some in the car lol.
