Every time we visit, he takes the time to carefully introduce the products and gives us very helpful advice based on our needs. The best customer service for a furniture company I've ever experienced! Lots of items in stock and it was east to finance! Also the white glove delivery service was God-Sent! Will definitely be ordering again!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The customer service is top notch above and beyond. Our adjustable bed we ordered would not be delivered in the time that was stated so our salesman called and said he ordered us an upgraded version more then $200 more at NO charge just so we got it on time ( I was amazed that he did that and took initiative to make it right before hand). They made the experience very easy and stress free. The furniture is all name brand but they buy from the retailer directly so they get it at better cost for the customer, like Ashley Furniture brand. The delivery was great we got the white glove and it was only $199.They came and put our entire bedroom set together for us and took all the trash. This will be the only furniture place I will be buying from here on out! Wish I could give more stars just so appreciative and mind blown how easy this whole process was compared to other experiences we had and how thoughtful they were thinking about the customer.

I recently bought this beautiful sectional sofa from Eve Furniture and I love it!! The quality and comfort are absolutely amazing. It has the soft fabric and stylish design. Everyone who visits my home compliments the sofa and how perfectly it fits my living room. Shaz is the most humble person i have ever met. He answered all my questions, helped me pick the perfect color for my living room sofa. The delivery was hassle free too. I got the sofa within 3 days. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable, and high-quality furniture in the entire Houston.

I recently ordered online from Eve Furniture and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I got my daughter’s boucle queen bed frame at a great price, and the quality truly exceeded my expectations. It’s very solid and looks beautiful in her room. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this store based on my personal experience. I advise customers to be careful before placing an order. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. Some of the information on their website did not seem to match the reality once the order process started. It also felt like the company may be struggling to handle orders efficiently. Communication was another issue. In my case, the interaction with staff was not very professional and did not meet my expectations. What also raised some concerns for me were the Google reviews. At first, I trusted the store because many of the reviews were very positive. However, after taking a closer look, the pattern of reviews made me question how representative they really are. For example, there were many positive reviews earlier, but in the last few months there have been very few new ones. Overall, this was not a good experience for me, and I hope my feedback helps other customers make an informed decision.

Got my headboard from them in January. If you’re wondering if they are legit Eve furniture is the real deal. My bed came in like 3-5 days and I’m in a different state. The shipping is expensive and my bed was darker than I thought. It’s definitely good quality and I like how they had every detail in the description. It’s perfect and I have no complaints.

I placed my order with them March 14,2026 it’s April 2nd I was informed they was going ship it by three different people I have been sending emails no response they finally made a shipment it says it has been received so I would reach out nomore nothing has been delivered nothing is in route nothing is moving just so I won’t send message after message they made up a shipment had been received still no goods this is a horrible furniture shop to purchase from everything is false on there website every time I click on the fedex tracking it says this website is unavailable which I never had a problem with anyone shipping through fedex
