Halfway through my treatment and I'm already obsessed with the results! It all started when I saw Dr. Myoung Hwang's New Smile poster during dinner at my favorite Korean spot. Called and booked a consult the next day.
Why New Smile? No pushy sales tactics, just a fair quote for an implant. A month later, I have God damn braces on. Dr. Hwang, Dr. Pham, and their team are amazing. Best decision ever!"
New smiles did an amazing job ! The staff made me feel calm from the moment I walked in, the front desk was friendly, and the hygienist walked me through each step so I knew what was coming. The dentist was really experienced, they explained the X-rays, and made sure I was comfortable before starting.
The extraction itself was quick, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. They gave me clear aftercare instructions (ice, soft foods, no straws) and called the next day to check on me. I had no swelling at all or any pain and was able to eat the same day without any difficulty!
Came in for wisdom tooth evaluation. And did same day treatment everything was explained very well, from receptionist professionalism and friendly to the doctor very friendly and explained the process very well. Wisdom tooth removal and recovery was a very smooth process. Definitely recommend them. Office is very well kept clean environment definitely will be coming back to finish of treatment that my husband has to get done.
My doughter got all four of her wisdom teeth removed at the same time, but she was literally fine the same day ! She was eating Oreos, all the snacks and even meat. She had almost no pain or swelling, which was honestly so crazy.
All the staff were kind, and this place is thoroughly prepared for people of diverse ethnic backgrounds, providing perfect support even for those who cannot speak English. I would like to make them our family’s primary doctor and continue receiving treatment here.
The people I saw here were able to speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean, and it seems like they can speak even more languages. I highly recommend this place.
This was an extremely bad experience. I went in only for a regular cleaning. Without properly explaining or asking, they took X-rays, which I later realized were unnecessary and done just to charge extra. I was charged $95 for the X-rays. If they had told me upfront that X-rays were required or that a basic cleaning would not be done, I would have refused them.
After that, I asked for a normal cleaning, but they refused to do it and kept pushing an $800 “deep cleaning” instead. I repeatedly explained that I only wanted a standard cleaning, but they would not listen.
The staff was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. They wasted my time and took my money without providing the service I originally came for. In the end, I walked out with no cleaning at all, just a useless X-ray and a bill.
Very disappointing and dishonest business practices. Do not be fooled by older reviews. I do not recommend this place at all.

★★★★☆Same day appointment, high resolution 3D X-ray, clear explanation of treatment plan and pricing, efficient repair of my loose implant. Hope it lasts. The only con is pricier than average.
Update:
1. Feels a bit sore three weeks later, and back to check under one-month warranty.
2. Have the X-rays emailed to me after 2nd in-person request.
3. Five-minute tightening cost $200 when average is $80. We'll see if it lasts for decades as Dr. Hwang stated.
