I went to cmsauto because they are BMW Certified. I had a great experience. The communication was great and the fact that they specialize in EV, High End repairs made me feel confident in my choice. They worked well with my schedule and even fully detailed my car. I would highly recommend.

The whole business is amazing. This was my first big car accident and I had no idea what to expect. Marisa has been so helpful with the whole process and walking me through everything. Appreciate them for being so kind and understanding. Would recommend to everyone!

I highly recommend Collision Motor Specialist in Houston for Tesla service and repair work. They did an amazing job on my vehicle from start to finish. The entire team was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent throughout the process. Easily one of a kind Body Shop. Brought my Tesla in for an alignment. Yes, their Tesla Certified. Spoke to Angel And Marissa. Very knowledgeable staff. Angel notified me car was ready. Came and was VERY pleasantly surprised....My car has never been that clean Inside and out!! Thats amazing.. Sewell Cadillac dont even provide that type of service... BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY "TOP NOTCH SERVICE" all the way.. I can almost guarantee you You will never find a shop like this Hands Down... Great job Job guys!!!! I will certainly come back in the future..

If you care about your car, do not bring it to this body shop. I found out that the majority of their positive reviews are fake. I have a highly modified vehicle, and I scoured the internet before making a decision on which shop to take my vehicle to. I chose this shop because they have previously built a super street car and had various sports cars in the lot. My vehicle needed A-pillar repair, which included pulling metal, getting a new door, and painting. They wrote up a repair order for me that listed all the repairs they were going to do, but they ended up cutting corners and did not purchase the parts they said they would, nor did they provide a basic alignment after repairs. They told me the repairs would take a month, but it dragged on to 4 months. They never called me to give me updates, and I had to pester them instead. While my car sat out on their lot for so long, the back trim pieces of my seats fell off and two of my tires were deflated because they were punctured. During my first pick-up attempt, it was immediately clear the job was nowhere near complete. The replaced side grills were not painted to match the original piano-black trim. The side marker was chrome rather than the original smoked finish. The pillarless window was incorrectly calibrated, leaving a noticeable gap. My gauge had been damaged and detached from the dashboard. The front bumper was on the floor, not attached. The vehicle had not even been washed. I was forced to return for a second pick-up attempt, where further negligence came to light. The battery had been completely drained due to not being disconnected or maintained during the months the car sat on their lot, costing me $150 out of pocket to replace. The B-pillar interior trim, damaged in the original accident, remained protruded and completely unaddressed. The seat back trim on both the driver and passenger sides was detached and hanging. The bent tie rod end had never been replaced, and the old bent coilover had not been replaced either, which was the reason a final alignment was never performed, and the reason the inner wheel was grinding against the strut with the slightest turn of the wheel. I genuinely do not understand how they expected us to drive this vehicle home. These guys are so sleazy that they actually charged my insurance for a brand new wheel but only got the barrel instead. On top of that, they tried to Bondo the old barrel. Can you believe they were about to send me on my way with a cracked wheel patched with Bondo? This is insanity. My 2JZ GTE engine went in running smoothly and came out sputtering with billows of white smoke from the exhaust and significant misfiring. My limited set of Work wheels were rubbed from the inside because they did not have the decency to replace the control arm after already collecting the money from my insurance company. I had to tow my car back to my house, as it was left completely inoperable. My vehicle's paint was in great condition before going into the shop, but I could now see deep scratches on the body of my car from tools placed on it. There was overspray all over my windshield and what appears to be chemical splatter that will not come off. They broke the A-pillar trim but did not have the decency to replace it, and my brand new rear view mirror was now cracked. When I confronted the estimator and manager, they started brushing me off and told me they were not liable and that none of this was "provable," before even speaking with the owner. I called several times afterward to obtain my repair order, receipts for any purchases, and the alignment report. They provided none of it, because none of it was done. All I have to say is I hope the owner and the operations team overseeing my project receive the same level of care and service when it is their time. I sure hope they do.

I had all of my tires stolen off of my brand new Honda Civic and I had to go through the matters of insurance claims but CMS was able to get my wheel and tires back on promptly. They were adequate about making sure that I had the best care and service. I truly appreciate you all! Thanks to Gregory and Marisa.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at CMS Collision Motor Specialist. The manager, Angel Robles, is very nice, polite, honest, and professional. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles as well as many other cars. I brought my Tesla Model Y in for repair, and the price was much more affordable compared to the official Tesla service center. Angel clearly explained all the helpful information I needed before making my decision, and he took extra care of my car without charging me extra. This was excellent service and one of the best repair experiences I have had compared to other dealers and repair garages. I highly recommend CMS Collision Motor Specialist and Angel Robles to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and affordable car repair service.

I had some damage on my Tesla and took it to CMS for a consultation. The team was super attentive and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done to fix the car. Chris was amazing, he kept us updated throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. The car looks brand new now!
