IDG responded quickly when I needed a repair on my tankless unit. Ivan and Jacob came out to assess the problem. Both are very pleasant and knowledgeable young men and the cost was reasonable. I've dealt with a few different plumbers over the last three months, and I have to say these guys are the best! I would definitely recommend IDG and will call on them again when needed.

I found this company through my home warranty company. Therefore I am familiar with their work on leaks an other repairs. Sadly when it came to my water heater my home warranty left me up creek due to former owners not installing my water heater to code. They worked with me on price (still was expensive job) as I did call 4 other plumbers for quotes and their thoughts on my unique situation. I will say it took me time to come up with the funds to pay them. Yes they offered financing but I personally did not want to finance anything else. Scheduling was easy and they came in full force to my house which made it go faster (still an all day job). The crew was friendly, polite, works very well with each other and respectful of my home inside and outside. I will be call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

IDG was excellent to work with as they were very professional in not only taking care of my home, but doing high quality work. They were easy to work with and installed precisely what I requested, which was a RHEEM RTGH-SR11i tankless water heater and SCALE RX unit for way less than other quotes I received. I would highly recommend using them for major installations.

Ivan and Jacob did some warranty work on a Rheem water heater that I recently bought from the Home Depot. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job. They did not try to upsell me, although they pointed out all of the issues. I told them I didn't have the money for all of that, and they said they understood, and they fixed the problem. Best part was that there was no charge to me! Thanks Ivan and Jacob. These are good guys! Give them a try!

Nasko Komov did a great job. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward.

Peter was very professional and explained each step of the repair in detail. This call was through our home warranty company, who gave longer than necessary hold time when speaking to someone for authorization to proceed with the job. This caused Peter to have to make 3 separate trips, but he always had a positive attitude. While pointing out where our leak was, my curious son came over to look and Peter was even kind enough to show the light up and explain the issue in detail at a level he understood. We will definitely be calling back for any of our future plumbing needs

We needed some warranty work done on our hot water heater and IGD Plumbing and Air came out to help. We had been without hot water for several days during a freeze in Houston. What terrible timing! Our first point of contact was Jacob in the office. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, kind and courteous and was able to get us scheduled the very next morning. The plumbers they send out were Ivan Jr., and Jordan. They were absolutely awesome. They explained everything thoroughly, were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to pick up and install our new water heater quickly. We ran into some problems with our water line and they got on the phone with Rheem and were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. I have nothing bad to say about the service we received. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
