I was visiting today with my son with autism. It was/is very hard to find a dentist and dental place where I would feel like son was really helped. Very grateful to Dr. Sanders and nurse for their thorough explanations of treatment and steps. Most importantly for making me feel like I am not alone. I feel more hope that my son will get his dental problems solved soon. Thank you!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years. 2 out of my 3 last appointments have been either changed last minute, or cancelled completely. Last week, the staff decided they felt like starting their holiday early & moving my appointment up without my permission. Not only had I blocked my work schedule for this (thus losing money), but also obviously did not get a much needed teeth cleaning. Unprofessional & unreliable, I will be looking elsewhere at this point.

The worst experience I have ever had. I went in for a regular yearly cleaning covered by my insurance Delta Care. After they took the X-rays, the hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning, which my insurance did not cover. I told her I did not want to do a deep cleaning today, just my regular yearly cleaning. They still denied me a REGULAR yearly cleaning. They treat you like a client, not a patient. They only want to charge however much they can get out of your insurance or pocket. It’s disgusting. I left— no cleaning. No credible explanation. Horrible experience. My family will not be returning. Also, my hygienist recommended I ask ChatGPT to explain ‘do I grind my teeth’ and what to do about it. Yes, she wouldn’t or didn’t even know how to explain that. She wanted me to go to the expert: ChatGPT. Welcome to being treated as a client and as an ignorant who needs ChatGPT. Very disappointing. Not To mention we had to take the day off work.

I have been having my teeth cleaned by my dental hygienist Farnas for almost 10 years now. Every location I am there! I drive an hour from Cypress because she is so worth it! She is a beautiful human with a kind spirit who takes the utmost pride in doing her job well and making her clients feel comfortable and confident in their smile. She not only cares about the health of my teeth but my overall wellbeing. The front desk staff, manager their names escape me at the moment but you know who you are, they’re absolute angels. I suffered a medical emergency earlier this year and they were all so kind and made time to share their concern, encouragement and well wishes. The dentist Dr. King and the other techs were kind, welcoming and just as attentive. I’m grateful to have such wonderful care each and every time I visit. I couldn’t ask for better experiences.

This is not a dentist this is a SCAM. I have gotten regular cleanings my whole life and have only ever needed two fillings recently in January. My last cleaning was in May before I moved to Houston. I came in for my appointment and had some X-rays done . I waited in the chair for 45 mins before Chris King comes in and tells me I have a mouth full of cavities, he doesn’t even once look at my teeth and only refers to the imaging . At this point I knew what kind of dentist he was and knew I wasn’t going to come back I just wanted to get my cleaning which my insurance covers and go. He tells me the hygienist will be in to do my cleaning and then they will discuss my treatment plan. Another 40 mins goes by and the hygienist comes in to assess my gums. I am 12 weeks pregnant so I have had issues with sensitive gums and bleeding. This is all a normal symptom of pregnancy and hormonal changes . One quick look and this hygienist tells me I have stage 4 periodontal disease and that they cannot do a regular cleaning they must do a deep cleaning or I will loose my gums and my teeth will fall out . She also added that I have an abscess and that this is very dangerous to the baby I am carrying. This made me very distressed. I waited in the chair another 30 mins before finally getting fed up and going to the front desk myself . They said they were working on my treatment plan and handed me a bill for deep cleaning which would cost me over $1000. I knew something wasn’t right . I left immediately. I got home and my husband who is a MEDICAL DOCTOR evaluated my mouth and teeth . I have no signs or symptoms of an abscess and certainly no receding gums much less advanced periodontal disease. I am both disgusted and disappointed at the treatment I received today . To use these fear tactics on anyone , much less an expecting mother just for an extra buck is horrible . Looking up the reviews after and seeing almost the exact story from others is so concerning . DO NOT GO HERE .

Worst experience I ever had. The front office was very rude and unprofessional. Came in to get a bridge replaced and they found other things wrong, which naturally costed a lot. I go to the Dentist twice a year , had no problems. I paid what they said my portion would be for the bridge. Once insurance paid I found out I over paid. It’s been almost a year now and they won’t refund my overpayment. I have left several messages and email. I was told I had to deal with corp to get my money back. The manager at corp (Blonca) refuses to return my calls. They keep telling me She has to sign off on check. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Such a great experience at this dental office, as it was my first time. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, with hardly any wait time. Natalie was especially wonderful—she was very knowledgeable and took the time to help with insurance, making everything easy and stress-free. Farnaz and the dental assistant helping were equally amazing. She calmly & patiently explained the dental plan and deep cleaning process in detail, which helped ease nerves right away. She has a very kind, reassuring presence and truly made me feel like I landed in the right hands. Highly recommend this office for both their professionalism and genuine care.

I made an upcoming appt for a complete pair of dentures for a Senior Citizen. I have been reading the reviews. He has Cigna Dental Care HMO. I hope all goes well. His appt is for Wednesday at 10am.🤞 The appt was booked by an outsourced agency. He said the insurance would be verified by the office!? I clearly told him the insurance the patient had.
