I had an excellent experience with this auto service! Everything was done on time, with total precision, and they returned my car completely clean. I especially loved that they delivered my vehicle right to my address. Liz Bell was incredibly attentive and a truly pleasant person to deal with throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Tommie Vaughn Ford in Houston. The vehicle was advertised online as “Ford Blue Certified,” which includes inspection and warranty coverage. After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement. When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly. During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed. In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck. I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.

My first time here and I have to say it was a good experience. I was at work at 1 of my 3 jobs so time to get to dealership can be quite challenging. However, Luis customer service rep made things easy. He came to my place of work picked up my vehicle did the service (oil change) returned it back to me in a timely manner! Did I mention he was polite and courteous as well. Certainly will go back ! Thanks Luis!

I was there for the works package the service writer Andrew was very nice young man and the mechanic Dominique has a good eye notice a drop of transmission coming from the seal Thankful he saw that so I can get the seal replaced

O2 sensors on the emission system on my 10 year old car. No appointment needed and when they received the part it only took half a day. Was a fair price done in a timely manner. Nice staff. Kept me informed.

And thanks to Mr. Nathan for delivering my car at the door of my house ! This Ford dealership location is very different than the other one I used to go to in the west part of town ! Very important for me to have a place that is honest and fair when it comes to car purchases, service and repairs! Every experience I have had with my service advisor, KC, and the work that has been done on my car has been easy and efficient. So glad I found Tommy Vaughn....my last Ford dealer changed management and service went downhill. Even before that , I felt like I was just a number there. Tommy Vaughn has that "small town" feel that makes you feel valued as a customer!
