I just got my FREE piercing on Wednesday! Do was so sweet, she was super knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! Ahhh I LOVE! And the store is beautiful

Incredibly dismissive. I had an appointment for the free piercing Wednesday last week and arrived 10 minutes early with two friends. No one greeted us walking in, which I let slide since a few piercers were finishing up other customers. After waiting in line for 15 minutes with zero signage or direction, all piercers finished their current clients and I still hadn’t been helped. I had to ask a piercer about my appointment myself, and she sent me to pick jewelry first. Once I picked it, she told me I needed a different pair — something nobody had mentioned beforehand. I went back, and the jewelry worker found my piece while distractedly chatting with another customer, barely giving me direction. By the time I returned to get pierced, every piercer had cleaned up and left their stations. I waited another 10 minutes as the store nearly emptied out, until one remaining worker (stationed by the door) was the only staff left. I had to specifically ask her for help, and she said she hadn’t been told about my appointment by her coworkers — and seemed reluctant to step away from the door to help me. Meanwhile, other customers before and after me were warmly greeted and guided start to finish by one consistent worker. Throughout my entire visit, no one introduced themselves, and I never got more than a couple of sentences of communication from any one staff member. I felt practically invisible in that store, and I ended up leaving nearly an hour past my original appointment end time.

We came here to get some piercings with my nieces, and I bought some darling earrings. Lexi & Lauren helped us out! They were very friendly and sweet & helpful. They put my nieces at ease bc they were a little nervous about getting cartilage piercings. Highly recommend this place! Their selection of jewelry is so cute too!!!!

After a week to think about my experience I rate my experience for the piercing boutique part of the shop 2-2.5/5 stars. I booked my appointment for free piercing wednesdays which waived the $15 piercing fee. For two jewelry flatbacks and a small can of neil med saline spray, my total came out to $235. There was a quick consultation with a younger woman at the front where I forgot to mention the history with my other piercings; they did not ask and I never even thought to mention it because Im on the start of my earring stack journey and did not really know. The woman then brings me over to the chair to get started. The piercer (who is also the manager) was pleasant and the staff there were friendly. She asked me if I was aware of the jewelry prices; I only knew one of the flatbacks was $80 but not the other one (turned out to be $130). The younger woman apologized for not letting me know, so it seemed there was very little communication going on between the team. Keep in mind I was the only person getting a piercing when I was there. Then the piercer snapped at the younger woman for something else and was super unprofessional to her. It made me uncomfortable because it seemed like a regular occurence. Again, it seemed like poor communication between each other. Now for the piercing itself, there was really no walk through for what was happening from the piercer, and by the time I knew it she was done with both piercings with the jewelry in. I believe she did not even wipe my ear with alcohol before, which I did not realize until later (a little scary). Comparing my experience at this shop with other shops I probably will not come back. It was a friendly experience but not as professional as it should be for the price i am paying. 1) theres a lack of structure and communication between saff 2) im not sure where they get their jewelry from which makes it confusing as to why it’s so expensive for 1 stud. Ive tried researching but really couldnt find it anywhere. So far I have had no problems with the jewelry 3) there can be better communication between piercer and client. You also get your piercing out in the open in the back of the store which I did not mind but blood was running down my ear at one point and I did get uncomfortable with people watching. Other piercing places have private rooms which I now appreciate. If you do come here to get pierced, do not be afraid to ask a lot of questions to get clarification! It’s not for me but the people there are friendly and can be welcoming, so use your discretion!

DO NOT GET THE PERMANENT JEWELRY Honestly strongly don’t recommend for permanent jewelry.I got my seconds done and got a permanent bracelet when I went I loved my piercing and that might be the only reason I would be back. I spent the extra money to get the real gold bracelet and the loops are bent or squished and the jump ring looks TERRIBLE it turned colors after 3 days!! My mom also got a bracelet and an anklet and her anklet BROKE and when she went in to get it fixed they tried putting one of the hideous jump rings on to fix it.

My first time getting a permanent bracelet and it was such a fun experience. I got matching bracelets with my friend for her birthday. I want to come back and get an anklet.

Walked into this place to get permanent jewelry and an ear piercing. At the time I walked in the rep was busy with a client and another older black lady was waiting so I patiently waited as well. During this time another white woman walked in. After the rep was done she walked straight to the white lady and asked if she needed assistance and the lady let her know respectfully these two ladies were here first. The rep then proceeded to completely ignore us then her back and went back to doing whatever in her desk. I will not be returning.

10/10 experience! Raven was so helpful and sweet. She greeted me right as I walked in and helped me pick the perfect bracelet. Thank you for such great customer service. You need more employees like Raven!
