DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ‼️COLONIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT‼️ They are known to not give back your security deposit and they refuse to be held accountable for ripping off hundreds of people. They asked us to clean the house and cut the grass when we moved out, which we did, and provided receipts of both being done. We payed almost $600 to have a move out deep clean and they still charged us $500+ out of our security deposit and charged us for them to pay someone else to cut the grass which was already cut. They also claim other damages they needed to fix (all of which were things that were wrong with the house when we got there, the house was not kept up well and you could tell they did not care to keep it nice) I have time stamped pictures that I took of the entire house and detailed pictures of everything wrong with it, yet they insist that these are things that we did, completely disregarding physical proof. They do not care about the tenants at all and I promise you in the long run it’s better to save your money and go elsewhere. We got completely screwed out of our money and it’s disgusting that this is how this company runs. We should have listened to the people warning us before we signed our lease. ‼️If you see good reviews, they have a sign in the office that says if you leave a good review, they will take money off of your first month of rent. (They are trying to tell us that despite the bad reviews, they have more stars than other property management groups… what a joke)‼️ We already had so many issues with them & the house while we lived there, I truly thought they wouldn’t dare act this ridiculous when we moved out. Very disappointing.

Came into town with idea of touring specific houses, wasn’t satisfied and their staff was very helpful and helped me find more properties to tour and I ended up loving one and applying that same day. Would definitely recommend leasing with them! Process was very smooth and their communication was great. Property was very clean as well!

Looking for housing during this time can and is very stressful, I was up nights thinking about how some of the management companies take deposits and knowing they will not approve you.
