So good!! I had the beef chimichanga and husband had the flautas, and then for dessert we got the fried ice cream. All were incredible. Husband usually doesn’t like refried beans but he ate these so quick! Really tasty refried beans. The rice was great. The sauce was great. The portion size was great. Literally everything was great 😂

We just happened to stumble across Jalapeño Grill while driving through Mississippi, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, everything was amazing. You can truly taste that the food is homemade and made with care. Every single thing we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to our waitress, Karen! She was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything from start to finish. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us often, and made us feel so welcome. Great customer service like hers makes all the difference! If you’re passing through or looking for an incredible meal, don’t hesitate to stop here. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Mississippi!

The steak fajitas are so good. The restaurant was nice a clean. Only thing I would change is the lights. It looks dim and depressing

We got here at 2:50. Placed our order at 2:55. Our orders didnt get rang in until 3:23 as we were leaving. We paid 123$ for lunch. The increase on prices is okay because I understand the economy. But to deliberately charge me DINNER PRICES DURING LUNCH HOURS IS A REALLY BAD LOOK FOR THE TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU RUN. then you charge 5$ for non cash payments. On top of you helping yourself to $17.40 tip. For 5 adults and a baby. Which is also fine because I would have tipped more than that if the circumstances were different. Kinda seems like hell go back and change to lunch prices and pocket the difference so he can help himself to more money. Been going here a really long tim. Unfortunately we wont be back.

Long time customer but won’t ever go back. When I got the bill, there were random charges like to go fees even though we ate at the restaurant. I questioned it to the waiter and he told me no problem, but ran my card with the extra fees anyway!! Shady practices to try and squeeze out an extra few dollars from each meal.

The service was excellent—our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quickly, which was a plus. My only small complaint is that the fat wasn’t trimmed off the steak, but aside from that, everything was well-prepared and enjoyable.

Had the prime rib and guacamole appetizers. Outstanding. Went back again Jan 18th and sadly my husband's dish came with hair in it - I know things happen - and this was the first time this has happened since all the times we have ever eaten there. The other people who we ate with their dishes were excellent as well as mine. Their food is always outstanding, but just be aware. The manager was so embarrassed and immediately offered anything my husband wanted. My husband said no, he was fine. The manager then took his entire meal off the bill. They were truly understanding and repeatedly expressed their apologies.

Hubby food came out over 5 minutes before mine, quesadilla lunch special. When we asked to talk to the manager, I believe her name is Laura (12:30 on 5/4), she said "oh you think you are so special" wow, this lady needs to find a new job, she definitely doesn't understand this one. We won't be back 🥹 BTW, I don't think I'm so special, I think everyone there would've wanted their meals to come out together
