We originally planned to only look at vehicles to figure out what style I liked. Buying a car wasn't even on our agenda. But Taylor completely changed that.
Gulfport Nissan was the third or fourth dealership we visited that day. We were actually on our way to look at an Acura. Taylor introduced herself right away, but she wasn't pushy at all. Instead, she simply started a conversation, asking what I was looking for in a vehicle and, just as importantly, what I didn't like. She truly listened to what I wanted and came back with three great options.
During each test drive, she sat in the back seat, answered every question we asked, and never made us feel pressured. By the end of the drives, I knew I had found my vehicle—but I still wanted to see the Acura just to compare the body style. Rather than trying to talk me out of it, Taylor actually found a dealership that had one for me to look at.
When we pulled back into the Gulfport Nissan lot, Taylor was already pulling up in one of the three vehicles we had test-driven. She told us she wanted to make sure it was washed before we drove it home. The funny thing is, we hadn't even told her we were buying it yet. She had taken the time to get to know me and was confident enough to know she had found the right vehicle for us. That's why she didn't mind us looking at another dealership.
My husband is extremely hard to please, and even he was sold before we finished test-driving the third vehicle. That alone says a lot.
Taylor is everything you hope for when buying a car. She's knowledgeable, genuine, confident, and never once made us feel pressured. If she can sell a car to my husband when we had absolutely no intention of buying one that day, then she doesn't just need to be selling cars she should be teaching other people how to do it.
What impressed me even more was what happened afterward. As she was leaving for the evening, she noticed us trying to figure out something with the car. She already had the sale and could have gone home, it was late, but instead, she turned around, came back, and made sure we were comfortable before we left. She even encouraged me to call her if I had any questions while learning all the features of my new vehicle.
The cherry on top of an already amazing experience was getting to meet and hold her miracle baby. It was such a special moment and made an unforgettable experience even more meaningful.
