On December 18th, I was rushed 2xs to the ER by ambulance, and escorted to safety by police. I had a traumatic experience of an car accident being hit by a SUV and a Truck. My body was telling the story to the doctors and staff that my mind couldn't keep up fast enough for me to articulate. I was in shock. I didnt really know where I was or who was treating me. I was like a foreigner in a city that I did not have any known family or friends;I was alone; and trying to survive. I dont understand the goodness of God, but regardless of if I deserve it or not, He keeps on being good and blessing. The doctors, the nurses, the staff, and the ER Ambulatory Paramedics were amazing. They moved synchronized together in harmony like a team. Their bedside manner was wonderful. But the person that stands out the most to me, that I will never forget, is the Paramedic they call the--MOOSE! He is so handsome, and he is definitely a child of God. Thank you Biloxi Memorial Hospital for saving my life and the wonderful care you gave. And special Thanks to the handsome Veteran RN. #SupportOurTroops!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m new to the south and knew healthcare was a joke down here but I didn’t know it could be this bad. I had to go to ER one night recently and it was terrible. I was triaged, nurse seemed annoyed that I was there. She put me in a room that had dirty towels and bandaids under the bed. 1 hour passed by, no nurse, nothing. No blanket, no call light. Literally nothing. Even triage only asked my weight, height and allergies. Not a single soul asked me why I was there and what my symptoms were. Long story short, spent an ENTIRE night never meeting my nurse, one exam, and misdiagnosed. Bless all those patients that EVER step foot in that ED.

We had to bring our daughter into the emergency room yesterday requiring sutures in her hand. The staff was fantastic!! They made the process as easy and comfortable for her as they possibly could. She even left saying I would go back to them again considering all she had been through! Five stars ⭐️

Horrible staff. And even more horrible service. (All of this is at night not really busy in the area I was in) When I came in there they set me up in my room asked me a few questions a little rude at first. Then an hour of being there. No one came to check on me no updates. Nothing. Eventually I went to the door and looked around for someone and saw a random nurse that took my IV out so I could go to the bathroom. I got back and then they came in and asked if I did a sample which I had no idea I was supposed to do. Then left again for another 30 mins before my nurse (which I only saw two times in the 4 hours I was there ) came in there and looked at me and said "no one has came to do your cat scan yet." I said "no" then 15 mins later a nurse takes me to do my cat scan. I come back to my assigned room to find it was totally cleaned out. Then when my visitor came I find out that I wasn't even registered in the system. I have been there at this point for 2 hours. When they finally put me in the system it took another hour then I got another scan. Then....the doctor came. Rudest doctor I ment in my life. He told me what I had then got an additude when I asked questions about my condition. He was rude the whole time he was in there. Then he did an exam and was extremely rough and rude while telling me to turn around. The whole experience was already embarrassing. Then it was worse when they did my exam. Before I left. He was being really dismissive about my condition not telling me much about the questions I was asking like I'm already supposed to know this. Overall. Worst hospital experience I've ever had. I will never go to any memorial services again.

I had to go to the ER this weekend and I generally go to SRHS, but I tried Memorial Biloxi ER. I was pleasantly surprised. They were efficient and got me back very quickly. I was seen by MD/NP within 10 minutes of getting to room and treatment plan was made within minutes. In my opinion, no unnecessary tests/procedures were done and the standards of care were followed for the reason for going to the ER. I was out of the ER in a timely manner (I think 1 1/2 hours). I will definitely go back for an emergency and feel confident that I will receive excellent care. If anyone used this facility prior to Memorial taking it over and was not happy, I would suggest giving Memorial Biloxi a try.

I had severe kidney pains. And this was the first time that I have went to this particular hospital. The staff was so kind and even though I was in pain, they made me feel comfortable. The lady that is a nurse. I believe her name is Tracey in the ER is phenomenal.

Personally came in here on the night of October 25th and the lady working the front desk was THE WORST. No name tag, smacking on her chips, and watching her tv shows and screaming about how she wanted a character on her show dead. Unacceptable behavior in an emergency setting. I walked out and went to the one in Gulfport after every single person who came in after me was seen. Gulfport immediately took me back where I had a cyst that was about to rupture and would have had I stayed here. November 1st 2025 went with my best friend, their are no chairs in the room and none was offered to me so I opted to sit on the floor. Nurses walked in and walked around me not once offering a chair etc, the sweet lady who picks up the garbage etc is the one who eventually offered me a chair. To have staff come in once an hour is very unattentive considering a staffs relative had round the clock 24/7 care in the room right across from us. When she got up to throw up the nurse with curly blonde hair THEN asked her to pee in a cup keep in mind we had been in the room over 30 minutes and she never had an iv put in or vitals taken, the same nurse came in about 20 minutes after asking if she had an iv and I just thought to myself you cant be serious. This patient is in with a severe migraine and this lady was talking so loud while big smacking her gum that I just lost all respect for her and the professionalism and care she didn't seem to have. The replacement nurse since I guess it was clear I was annoyed was much better even though the lack of attention was still there. This has encouraged me to keep staying clear of Memorial Biloxi no matter how much closer this place is I will most defiently go out of my way to see the amazing staff at Memorial in Gulfport. Y'all have got to do better on taking your patients serious and being more attentive to each persons specific needs and their time this was just crazy to me to witness.

Megan in Radiology did my Mammogram today and she was so pleasant. Made it very comfortable and was very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you, Megan for making me feel so comfortable and pain-free!
