Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. This was my first visit and I had to have an infected tooth pulled - scary!!! - and Dr. McKay could not have been nicer. He and his entire staff (I’m sorry I cannot remember names!) helped keep me calm and reassured me it was going to be quick and painless. And it was :) The office is welcoming, comfortable, and super clean! Plus, I got to listen to some awesome music while I had my procedure. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

His waiting room is always full, yet thanks to his efficient and experienced team, visits are quick and seamless. I’ve been with them for a few years, and the same dependable staff continues to deliver top-notch service. Highly recommend!
Dr. McKay is the best. He has great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. His work is excellent, and his staff is just as amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful, and Gail does a great job explaining things and keeping everything running smoothly. Very honest and trustworthy dental office.
Initially back in Fall 2023, when I first started visiting this office I left a promising review. After about 2 years of attending and getting 2 root canals, this office is a nightmare. Dr. McKay is money driven. He seems to be empathetic at first but it’s just a facade. It’s like a tooth factory in there. He’s jumping from one patient to the other constantly and keeps you waiting for a while. I had a root canal and crown done on my second premolar. At first I was impressed and thought all is well. But it didn’t even last 1 year. X-rays showed that apparently it was cracked internally. So back in March of this year, I had to get it extracted by an oral surgeon. Getting a root canal done just to have it all extracted 1 year later was such a complete waste of time, energy and money. Then, I got another root canal done on a molar with a periodontist but got the crown done by McKay. It’s been 4 months since and it’s still really painful and wiggly. I can’t chew properly and constantly bite my tongue. I have tingling sensation constantly. I went in to get it fixed but he acted very arrogant and refused to fix it or redo it. He didn’t care, got annoyed, and left. It’s really infuriating and upsetting when a “medical professional” lacks empathy and simply doesn’t care about your well-being. Both him and the periodontist keep throwing the blame on each other instead of doing their job and getting to the root of it - pun intended. He only cares about his money. Mind you I paid out of pocket cash so he has nothing to complain about meanwhile others are paying with insurance at lower rates. Overall, I feel scammed, humiliated, and neglected.
Cynthia is my hygienist, I’ve been going here for over 22 years. She is very Through, Professional, Patient & Kind. I have dental implants and sometimes my gums are a little tender. Cynthia takes her time and gets the tender area cleaned out without pain!!

★★★★★Very friendly atmosphere. The associates/ladies at front desk were very polite and treated everyone with courtesy. Although I was a bit late, I was accommodated properly. Janet was so nice and I would say she was pampering me somehow, so I would overcome my fear. Doctor McKay was really a nice person and examined the results of the X-ray and necessary consultation was given. I will definitely refer this place to my family and friends. Thank you.
So happy to have a great denist. My visit could not have gone better; Well, maybe less sleepy on the music would be nice. I drove 35 miles to get there today, which I'll gladly do to go to this dentist office with friendly, capable staff.
