Fantastic service and expert repair! We had a persistent toilet blockage that needed a professional, and Lawson Family Plumbing really impressed us. Shelby in scheduling was incredibly easy to work with and got us an appointment in less than 24 hours. ​Our technician, Ray, showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to explain the condition of our pipes, confirming they were ABS and in great shape, which was a huge relief. He was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently by pulling the toilet, clearing out a significant root mass, and replacing everything in only about an hour. ​It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I really appreciated that Ray provided a practical solution tailored to our specific issue and focused on getting the job done right. They left a great impression, and we will definitely be recommending them highly to all our neighbors in the area! $325 for a pull/reset and clearing a major blockage was a very fair price for this level of expertise.

First time using a plumber (in 30 years), first time using Lawson Family Plumbing, as I do most maintenance and repairs myself. I had a leak at the water main with the back flow device and the gate valve would not turn. This repair was more than I wanted to take on, I searched online and called LFP, I talked to Shelby (human), discussed my repair and set up the appointment with Robert. Robert came out, gave me an estimate, we set up a time that was convenient as the water would have to be turned off for a couple of hours. Robert replaced the back flow devices and installed a shut off ball valve and the leak is gone. He actually came back as I was not home during the repair to follow up. I will definitely would use LFP again. Drain cleaning would be my next project. I believe the price was fair for the devices he installed and the amount of time he was there.

We've been exclusively using Lawson plumbing since we bought our home in 2021. They've been out many times over the years (house is 70 yrs old), but most recently Kam came out to fix a facet bib that was leaking. While he was here he found out our pressure regulator was broken. He explained things simply and understandably and he was very efficient getting these problems fixed for us, on a Sunday no less! Thank you again Kam! Would highly recommend Lawson plumbing.

Lawson Family Plumbing was extremely helpful for a late afternoon after hours emergency septic grinder pump issue that I had. They answered the phone right away, were very polite and helpful despite the time of day. The repair technician that arrived (Benjamin) was very detail orientated and customer satisfaction was top priority for him. He was not in a rush and did a fantastic job. He stayed until after dark to make sure everything was wrapped up and working properly. Would absolutely recommend to others and will use their services again.

Called because my $2500 water softener wasn't working. Tech did a quick look, said internal parts were broken and tried to sell me a new system for $3900. I did some research, tore apart the control unit and unstuck the stuck valve. Problem solved. New owners are more interested in making money over customer service. Could have easily kept a customer by offering an hour service to really diagnose issue. At least they didn't charge to lie to me.

I just used Lawson Plumbing for the first time, and I will be using them from now on. Justin came out the day after I called. When I needed follow up work he was just as prompt to get the job done. He did a great job!

Had a 5 gallon/hour leak & they came out to diagnose it free of charge. Ray found the problem in under 5 minutes! Haha. He even kept checking the rest of the property after he was sure he found it (to be sure it was the only source). Luckily for me- they don't charge for stupidity. Our builders never took the "installation" stickers off the toilets they put in when they built our house & the moisture in the toilet tanks mad the stickers come off the lids. They fell into the tank on one of our toilets & blocked the plunger from sealing properly. Which was causing the leak. Needless to say, we've taken the stickers off the other toilets now, too. But BIG ups to Lawson. & They support the troops!! Woohoo! Will be using them again for future plumbing needs & would definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Ray was sent out to disconnect our kitchen sink and garbage disposal ahead of a new countertop installation, and then to reconnect everything once the counters were in. He also flushed our water heater while he was at it. He arrived right on time, was professional and easy to work with, and got everything done cleanly and efficiently. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at a stubborn leak on our newly installed bathroom sink drains — something I'd spent a lot of time troubleshooting on my own. He diagnosed it in second (the locknut on the drain assembly simply needed to be tightened further to fully compress the rubber seal) and resolved it on the spot. Knowledgeable, punctual, and didn't waste our time. Would absolutely call Ray again.
