I got a quote from Mason Professional Services to have a Stage 2 EV charger installed in our garage. In addition, I needed a 240 volt waterproof receptacle to plug in an outdoor sauna. Jeff came out to give the quote and then came back for the install a few days later. The EV install cost $750, and the permitting cost $200. The additional receptacle was quoted at just shy of $1,400 due to the trenching and extra materials needed. I decided to not move forward with the receptacle and just have the EV charger installed. The work was expected to take only a few hours and Jeff gave me a window from 8a-12p. He arrived just after 8:30a and had the work complete within 2 hours. Everything was done correctly and the EV charger looks great! Later, we discussed just placing a waterproof 240V receptacle outside the breaker box. The price was much more affordable, so I decided to move forward with that project same day. An additional $370 to have that installed. Overall, I was very pleased with Jeff’s workmanship and professionalism.

Had to call after hours on a Saturday. The AI assistant is quite good. I spoke with a tech, Alberto, almost immediately and he was at the house within an hour. Great response. Alberto then took lots of photos of the dead rooftop AC unit and contacted the proper folks to set up an appointment at my home on Monday to review options. These were presented and everything set up to replace the unit just a few days later. This was greatly appreciated as I was leaving town the following week. Highly recommend Mason Pro Services

Worked with George P to get my new toilet installed and the previous removed. The quality of the work was worth the price. It was a Japanese style toilet with a fancy seat and he installed it perfectly.

Mack was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to everything we had to say with the issues at hand. Mack gave us the quote before any work was performed. Although they don’t service irrigation systems which was some of the issues we were having, he shared some advice that may fix the problem. The other issues were fixed and replaced and repaired. Thanks for the awesome service and coming out the same day I called. We’ll be waiting for the response on the quote for our bathroom repair. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Great service from Alberto he was very kind. He was doing the spring special for us but also doing a double check on our refrigerant because it was a little low but the house was pretty new. Alberto look and found that it had dropped and then had to find the leak he did such a great job. Not shocking a bent part was used in our new build Thanks Lennar. All is good now and everything is working great. I absolutely love Mason pro services I use them for all of their services.

I would recommend Mason Pro to everyone. I have used all their services, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. All techs have been courteous, knowledge, efficient and friendly. Always advised of new items/services, but are never pushy. They truly are the best!!!

Have wanted a good plumber for several projects around the house for a long time but very disappointed in every company I tried. Found Mason Pro Services thru Rosie on the House and extremely pleased. They responded immediately and scheduled at my convenience. Plumber was George Provance. With 30 years of experience he was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional, and on time. Most important, I felt he was honest. Recently a couple of neighbors had contacted me for referral as they needed a plumber. I responded I did not have any. Company I could recommend. The first thing I did when George P left our house was to text these people with contact info for Mason Pro and George Provance with note stating that I now have a plumber I can truly recommend.
