Lee Richardson Zoo

This is a very nice free zoo. The animals are well taken care of to include interactions with zoo staff. While there I observed several feedings and cleaning of enclosures. Zoo staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the animals they care for.

For a free zoo, it was a lot bigger than I expected! We spent the day walking around and enjoying all the animals. Only a few were not in their enclosures, most likely being tended to at that time. There were several spots to stop and rest on benches, neat art work throughout, a merry go round, drinks snacks and souvenirs in the shop at the main entrance, multi person bikes or motorized ride on animal things for the kids (definitely get if you don’t want to walk for miles)

Wonderful little zoo with well cared for animals. A great place for a morning walk or ride. Must see to appreciate.

Was very impressed with this zoo, especially given that it's free to enter. Drove up from Dodge City and we spent about 2 hours walking around. Would definitely come back!

Boys had fun. It was nice that they have plenty for kids to play. There are several playground in it.

Very good zoo with lots to see. Lemurs, lions, bobcats, red pandas, and sloth bears! There a couple play areas for kids to get their energy out and run around. Plenty of very informative signs teaching about habitat and teach exhibit. I was sad the little gift shop is only open on weekends.

Went in on a Sunday, spent a little over 3 hours walking the park. Was free admission to walk. Saw lots of cool animals and we enjoyed the trip.

Free to walk through, if you drive through, the cost is $20. It was a fairly hot day on the day we went, so there weren't too many animals out in their compounds. Easy to walk around.
