Patriot Cruise Parking THE BEST! ☆☆☆☆☆ First off, I need to give a shout out to these 3 guys that took outstanding and excellent care of us and our baggage, from the moment of arrival through the efficient and timely departure 7 days later! TANK, PATCH, & PATRICK 🔥🔥🔥 Tank was awesome, even volunteered to hold onto (and return) some walkie talkies I had forgotten about in my bag. Thanks, Tank! You and your crew ROCK! Patch and Patrick were our baggage handler and driver for our return trip. These two guys knew about my walkie talkies, reminded me about them, and let me know where I could pick them up (Tank had them for me). Indoor cruise parking near the terminal in Galveston. Friendly staff and no long wait to get on board. Our bus driver was really nice. One of the cheapest places around to park at.

Be aware that luggage handling may not be reliable. Our luggage was left at the port after we had personally handed it to the gentleman loading the shuttle van. When staff called to check if our bags were still at the port, we were told they weren't. However, when we drove there ourselves, our luggage was sitting there the entire time. This wasn't an isolated incident—it happened to three different families. We spent time walking around the parking lot asking random families to check whether they had accidentally received our bags before discovering ours had never left the port. Minister Mike was wonderful and very helpful throughout the situation. Unfortunately, the other gentleman handling the luggage was extremely disorganized, and the experience caused unnecessary stress that could have been avoided.

We've been using Patriot Parking, as they have a great price and convenient location. The shuttles to the cruise terminals run frequently to and from. I've never had a complaint about their service. Yesterday, we arrived from a cruise in the pouring rain. The shuttle driver waited a bit, and expressed concern about leaving and people getting more wet than necessary. I appreciated that. When we got back to the parking area, I found that the driver's side windows of my car had plastic covering it! I was initially pissed because I thought that my car had been prowled. Nope. The window was fine. I had left it open! The staff noticed the windows and covered it. While we were gone, two rain storms fell on Galveston, including that wicked storm on the 8th. My car was bone dry inside. Thank you Tony for taking such great car of my car.

Used Patriot Parking for my cruise with Jewel of the Seas. First time as I normally use Lighthouse but they were not parking for Jewel of the Seas. Lot of secure and pricing is competitive. Parking was easy and the ride to and from the terminal was smooth. It was a good time with driver Rockin Robert he kept us informed and entertained on the shuttle. I would park with them again.

We have used Patriot our past few cruises. They are great!! The prices are amongst the lowest and they have a shuttle that takes you right to the front doors of the port. Every employee we have dealt with from the ones who check you in, to the baggage handlers, to the shuttle drivers have been friendly and helpful. Our last cruise, my husband somehow forgot to roll up his window in his excitement to get on the cruise. We came back from the cruise during the middle of a storm and torrential rain. When we got back to our car, we saw a ton of plastic around our window and thought someone had broken in - but no, an employee (Tony) had noticed our window was down and covered it for us. We are so incredibly grateful for his attention and awareness in saving us from damage to our car interior. We will definitely continue to use Patriot when we cruise out of Galveston. Can't recommend them enough.

We always pay to park here and and it's super secure and seamless from entry to shuttles and exiting. Our vehicle is safe and untouched, sheltered in covered parking. We book several months in advance! It's the only place we long term park in Galveston.

Besides the fact that its EXPENSIVE, it is a better price and had more availability than the other options for cruise parking. We paid for covered parking and they had enough shuttles so we did not have to wait longer than the time it took to get everyone and their luggage on the shuttles. Returning from cruise there was a shuttle waiting right there for us :) we also were off the ship early so I’m not sure if that makes a difference but overall great parking and our car is the same as we left it!
