El Paso Museum of History

Went to the Museum today ,just to look around. First time going here. They were still working on a display on the second floor. Good they have elevators. Nice place to see the history of El Paso. It doesn't take that long to see everything. Its free to go in but you can donate money.

The El Paso Museum of History is a great place to visit for fun and mental enrichment for all ages. I especially enjoyed “Escaramuza, the Poetics of Home” exhibit. I learned so much about the world of escaramuza charra (the women’s event within the Mexican national sport of charrería.)

Free entry. Donation suggested. There are exhibits on the first and second floors. The staffing was very kind and the exhibits were lovely. There's an elevator to get to the second floor if you're not vibing the stairs. I managed to find street parking nearby and walked the blocks around the museum to get my use out of it.

had some extra time before i had to head to the airport. great place to stop in and learn a bit of history. loved the escaramuza special exhibit

Entrance is free. No food or drinks are allowed inside the building. Is a nice place to take your family. It has a lot of history. Staff in is very nice In friendly. The places very clean. They need a better display of souvenirs and better price on them. They have to be something commemorative of the museum, above all, and have the name of the museum.

Cool museum on El Paso history. The Heights section was interesting and highlights racial tensions that exist in the area. The escaramuza exhibit was wonderful.

I love this place! There's always something going on here. Yoga, new exhibits inside and outside, collaborations with MACC, and lots of other stuff! And it's so close to other cool places in downtown like the stadium, the plaza, the bars and restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly too.
