Keira was absolutely amazing!!! She takes her time to listen to you and she explains everything to you and provides options! I love that about her and will be switching to her from my current doctor with Salerno. She is the best and my first experience with her was quite pleasant.

Highly recommended medical office, where providers care about their patients. Systems that they have in place so helpful and everyone in the office so helpful. Equipped with all need it technology. Our Doctor is Dr Bella and she is truly made for this and I highly appreciate her willingness to help people.

I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. My bloodwork results were available for over a week, but no one contacted me—I only found out through LabCorp and had to call myself. When I did, I was told I would have to pay just to receive my results after already paying for the visit and labs through insurance. It feels like the business model is centered on getting more money from patients rather than providing proper care. The office manager was also very rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse.

This place is what you call GETTO low quality healthcare. It’s always packed with 20+ people on the waiting room no matter how early you get there. Today I waited for almost 2 hours with no apology and i heard another patient complaining because she was waiting for over 2 hours as well. They are just looking for as much money as possible even if it means triple booking the schedule when there’s only one doctor. Very nasty attitude at the front desk. They make you get a bunch of unnecessary tests just so they can charge your insurance the maximum amount. Never had a doctor that made me get respiratory therapy when I have no health conditions that would need this. The front desk staff at the 570 park Ave. location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They took at least 5 patients first ,who had appointments after mine. When I addressed them they had a nasty attitude as if I wasn’t waiting for over an hour. Wish my insurance was still in NY, because the quality of healthcare in this area is horrible.

Hi there I'm Natalie and you see the big smile that's after I'm done with my physical at Salerno Medical Associates where I'm welcomed with a caring staff and a spa like environment at a doctor's office. The level of professionalism and the tranquil environment leaves me feeling naturally sedated. My health needs are met and I'm never prescribed medication unless I need it. That's it... To the New Jersey Board of Nursing, I am submitting this formal complaint against Keira E. Werner, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, practicing through Nirvana Healthcare. I am concerned about repeated medication mismanagement, lack of communication, and care practices that have negatively impacted my mental health and continuity of treatment. On multiple occasions, my prescribed medications were stopped, delayed, or interrupted without explanation and without prior communication. Nirvana Healthcare frequently failed to reach out regarding medication issues, resulting in gaps in treatment that caused emotional distress and instability. These disruptions occurred without clear clinical justification or informed consent. In addition, I was required to attend multiple virtual appointments that provided no meaningful medical evaluation, treatment planning, or explanation of medication decisions. These appointments resulted in repeated $25 copay charges while offering no substantive care. I was not informed why these visits were necessary, nor was I provided with appropriate medical guidance during them. The pattern of poor communication, unexplained medication interruptions, and unnecessary appointments has directly affected my mental health and sense of safety as a patient. I believe this conduct falls below the professional standards required of an Advanced Practice Nurse licensed in the State of New Jersey. I respectfully request that the New Jersey Board of Nursing review this matter, document this complaint, and determine whether disciplinary or corrective action is warranted. I am requesting written confirmation that this complaint has been received and reviewed. Thank you for your time and attention to this serious matter.

I was referred to Wave Neurology based out of this practice from my PCP as they are part of the Nirvana Healthcare network. While Dr. Carmen Garmendia and the rest of the staff I have interacted with have all been kind and easy to deal with, this medical practice is very disorganized. They have ordered upwards of 10 different types of tests for me and 6 weeks into working with them I still don't have any diagnosis or treatment, even though I'm 99% sure it's migraines. It's a constant game of ping pong trying to get tests scheduled, attending appointments, being on the phone 1-2 hours per day that has completely upended my life and added more stress on top of dealing with my daily symptoms.

Doctor Keira is the absolute best I would not trade her for nothing in the world. She takes her time she listen she understand she show empathy. She provide work class service. She make sure that you understand all concern medical issues that you have overall just make sure that you’re in good health and she takes care of her patience. I love this provider to the moon and back. I wish that different providers from other facilities can take her professionalism and use it as a training tool she does an amazing job. Keep up the good work.
