We custom-ordered our 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 in December 2024 and were thrilled when it finally arrived six months later. She was everything we asked for — we even named her Sadie Mae. Unfortunately, our excitement was short-lived. Soon after taking delivery, the check-engine light came on. While the dealership repaired the issue, the center console was scratched and damaged. To their credit, Mercedes replaced the entire console, but it was disappointing to have our brand-new custom vehicle returned to us in that condition. In 2026, during the A-Service, the check-engine light came on again. We also noticed the stitching on the passenger seat was coming apart. Mercedes agreed to replace the necessary parts, but when we arrived home — 55 miles away — we discovered the motor for the passenger seat lying on the floor, the trim on the back of the seat scratched, and the floor seal damaged with grooves in it. We have been loyal customers of Mercedes-Benz of Dothan since 2015. Brooke and Jeremy are the reason we continue to return — they have always treated us with the utmost respect. However, the technician who worked on our vehicle did not show the same level of care or professionalism. Based on the repeated damage and oversight, we do not feel our vehicle was handled properly. If this technician continues to work on customer vehicles, we will no longer be able to support this dealership. Our trust in the service department has been shaken, and we hope Mercedes-Benz of Dothan takes this feedback seriously

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing from this dealer. Even more considering i live about 2 hours away from them. Ingrid, the sales representative I worked with, was very responsive and attentive, provided all the necessary information via email, including pricing and options. Thanks to her, i felt confident that i had all the necessary info to drive there to make the purchase. Furthermore, the purchase itself was smooth and quick; i arrived at the dealership at 9:30 am, and by 11:00 i was leaving with my new MB. I strongly suggest them for your next MB purchase.

We are an hour and a half away from this dealership and called first to make sure they had a selection of the vehicle we were interested in. Ingrid was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Refreshing that a young person has so much drive and interest in what they are doing. Wholeheartedly recommend the dealership and Ingrid in particular. Drove up and purchased the car the same day. Our new car was delivered to our home the very next day. Overall, a refreshing and excellent experience.

I love the service I receive at Mercedes Dealership! Everyone is always pleasant, with smiles. Today , I was needing service for my vehicle. I called and spoke with Travis in the service department. He went above and beyond to help assist me with my appointment,in which I changed it 3 times -yet he still made sure that I was serviced for the day and the wonderful tech that took the time to service my vehicle. This type of service is what keeps me in the Mercedes family! Thank you Travis and team!!!

Patrick and the service team were great, got us in on a whim for our 20,000 mile maintenance!! Happy to be back on the road and riding smooth… the van seems better than before with everything getting done that was needed. Thanks for getting us taken care of in a timely manner, you do pay for what you get!!

I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience purchasing a car as I did with the wonderful people at Mercedes. Adam is truly both a psychic and an angel! He knew exactly what I wanted and had it ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. It was truly my dream car,something I never imagined would actually be possible for me to own,but Adam made the impossible possible. He took his time showing me every feature and made sure I understood everything without ever rushing through the process. At no point did I feel pressured. His genuine goal was simply to make me a happy customer, and he exceeded that in every way. Because of this incredible experience, I can honestly say I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Adam. I had service on my cars. Love the politeness they treat you nice. They do a good job for the most part. However the lack of communication from the service advisors makes it a little hard. Something’s are missed but usually not the big things. I am really happy with our mechanic Jeff he is outstanding. I’d recommend them for sure.
