Absolutely outstanding experience with Harley-Davidson of Dothan! Amanda was an incredible salesperson — friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. Bobby in finance was extremely attentive and understanding of my unique situation, and he worked hard to make everything smooth and stress-free. Rudy, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make sure he found me the exact bikes I was looking for. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, no-pressure, and genuinely fun to work with. This is not my first purchase from them, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ve bought a couple motorcycles from Harley-Davidson of Dothan and continue to be impressed every single time. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience!

I have been stopping by Harley-Davidson of Dothan on my way to Thunder Beach for years, and it has always been one of my favorite dealerships. During our recent visit, my group and I were pleasantly surprised to see Amy working there—we certainly miss her at our local dealership. However, I would like to share some concerns regarding the recent change of combining the service and parts departments. From a customer’s perspective, this setup felt inefficient and challenging. It seems unrealistic to expect one individual to effectively manage both parts and service responsibilities at the same time. More importantly, it was evident that this change is placing significant strain on your staff, limiting their ability to provide the level of customer service that riders have come to expect. During our visit, Amy was extremely busy, and we barely had the opportunity to speak with her. While we understand that business demands can fluctuate, the current structure appears to create unnecessary pressure on employees and may ultimately impact both staff retention and the overall customer experience. This dealership has always been one I recommend to others traveling through the area. I hope leadership will reconsider the decision to merge these departments and evaluate whether this approach is sustainable long-term—for both your employees and your customers. We do plan to return, especially now that we know Amy is there. That said, I strongly encourage management to reassess the current direction, as maintaining a supportive work environment is key to preserving the quality and reputation this dealership has built over the years. Always kind and helpful. You’ll get multiple friendly greetings but still be allowed to just look around and not feel hounded. There is always someone handy if you have a question and the entire staff is very friendly.

I am a repeat customer and have never had a bad experience with them. They are always courteous, and provide top quality work. Very accommodating for me as I ride over from work and service my bikes in my time availability. Serviced two bikes today. One 5000 service and the other back flat tire. They took the time to look up my warranty for the flat and saved me over 500.00. The service is only charged out for two hours and saved me over 200.00 for it. Appointments were made on Wednesday and the bike with the flat was picked up by one of their awesome employees. He went above and beyond getting into the property and left everything like he was never there. I would recommend this dealership over the others in this area. My next bike will definitely be purchased here. Additional service for one of my two bikes. Final price lower than original quote and bike was delivered home on time promised with no additional charges.

Oh boy! Where do I start? My sister and I were traveling from Florida back to Wisconsin/ Minnesota after the unexpected death of our stepdad. We had just spent a week with our mother trying to help her get things organized and in order after his death. Whenever I travel I try to stop at whichever Harley-Davidson location I pass, to buy t-shirts for my husband and I. My sister and I pulled into the parking lot and saw, who I later found out was CJ (the assistant sales manager), outside the building. My sister asked if they were still open and he said no. I expressed my disappointment at this, and explained why we had stopped. He told us to hang on and he went inside the store. A minute later he came out and said "come on in". I couldn't believe it! I quickly went in, found t-shirts and went to the front to check out. Rudy (the sales manager), and Bobby (the business manager), both assisted in ringing up my purchase. Dillon (I didn't quite get his title - he was a sales specialist/associate of some type, sorry Dillon!) was also there and chatted with me (providing comic relief 🤪) while Rudy and Bobby were ringing me up. I couldn't believe they actually let us come in so I could make this purchase. CJ took me right over to the T-shirt section and showed me where everything was. I tried to be as quick as possible but nobody rushed me or made me feel like I was putting them out. I've been to dozens of Harley-Davidson shops in my lifetime and typically everybody is always super nice, but these four win the prize! I was so appreciative of them for allowing us to come in and being so gracious, helpful, and nice while we were there. I'm not so sure that any other store would have accommodated me in this way. These four guys were great! I can't say enough about how grateful I am. Seriously, I can hardly find the words to express how much this meant to me and how wonderful these guys were - particularly after the week my sister and I just had. Thank you, thank you CJ for getting me in the store! Thank you Rudy and Bobby for letting me come in, and thank you Dillon for making me smile and chatting with me while I was there. These guys all deserve giant raises!

The service department is awesome! I was traveling last week, and broke down. After getting towed they fit me in. The parts were not available, but the service foreman made it happen. They went above and beyond Nd got me back on the road the same day! I ended up going 5500 miles with no more problems. Thank you so much! Also for being Harley, they didnt over charge me, I am super happy with the results! the lady in sales was great too, offered us a ride to dinner. Great Job!
