This was an annual renewal warranty visit. Michael is a fantastic asset to your company. He called to schedule a visit. He arrived on time and was respectful of our home. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. Great Customer Service!

Should be a Zero star, they killed my huge ficus hedge. I had it for years, as all people know the ficus suffers from white flies, it was healthy, it only has some spots with no leaves, but being attacked so I contracted them to check it and stop the flies. They gave me a a plan of service every 3 months to control it. First time it didn’t work well so they have to come back and apply more…then they tried another chemical, the day after they applied it, the leaves started to fall so I send the technician a message about it and the response was “OK” he didn’t showed up, when he came 3 weeks after for lawn treatment he called me to say it looks so bad…I told you…and that he will be talking with the company to see another option…but at this stage the Ficus has almost no leaves, after paying $1200 plus $250 for fertilizer they killed it. I complained and cancel the services, and ask to get a call for a refund and talk about it…now almost three weeks after nobody called me. I lost the money nut mainly the hedge that will cost me a lot of $$ . The technician excuse was maybe it is too old, I would love to share with him the hedges in several places that are older and the don’t have major problems, the chemical applied killed it, day after all the leaves fallen down…. This is a company does don’t take care of private customers. A disaster, thank you for kill my hedge, and not call me back. Pictures and messages with the company representative attached.
