Paddle boats $1] for 1/2 hrs grandkids love peddling while I sat and relaxed. We even saw a snake in the pond and lots of geese( and their poo everywhere). Three play grounds really cool park

Open space along the riverfront with dog park, playground, biking trail, skatepark nearby, and walkway that takes you underneath the Centennial bridge. It’s usually pretty quiet and secluded down here. You can easily find a place to park and there’s shelters with tables for a picnic or similar informal gathering. This certainly isn’t one of the nicest parks in the city. I personally think they should plant more trees in the open areas and turn it into a riverfront forest. Maybe adding in a second playground would be interesting too. But then again, this whole area does flood pretty often, so I could see why not much is done down here unfortunately. Perhaps a flood wall instead?

We enjoy walking along the riverfront, but stopping at the park always makes it better for us, with its beautiful scenery where the kids and baby can run off energy and we can rest on benches or under a tree, and who knows, maybe even plan a picnic one of these days 😍

So this is a combination review of the river view trail and parks from Veterans memorial to sculpture park, approximately 4 miles. Nice views of river but as with many metro areas, there is a vagrancey issue at multiple parts of the trail. Trash, graffiti and loitering were present at same. From a tourists perspective, this is not a destination area and I cut my visit short as a result of same. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming. All bathrooms were closed for the season. Parking was plentiful and large enough for any size rig or RV.

Stopped here during a road trip to get some movement in. There’s plenty of parking available near the skate park. The grounds are well-maintained and very clean. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

A little run down but overall it was a nice park to stop at while traveling through the area. Restrooms are near the playground and are functional and fairly clean (typical park bathroom). But of trash around the park. Splash pad is nice with big kid and little kid areas. The playground is not suitable for toddlers unless you have an accomplished climber.

Next to beautiful ballpark. Just below the first day I'm ever built on the Mississippi River. All kinds of fun stuff. City of Davenport Iowa

I love to fish here. Lots of drum and channelcat fish in the area. Cool dog parks. Too much homeless presence in the area however.
