Majestic Caverns

Nice place to visit. Very pretty down in the cave and the is a lot to do for the kids. It's a nice day trip and I would plan on spending a few hours here. The shop is nice, there are some small attractions for the kids, I wouldn't buy tickets for the adults for the attractions other than the cave, there really isn't a need for the adults to participate in any of the rides or games being that they are all geared for younger children in that 10ish range. I would recommend this place and we will be back it was a neat little get out of the house trip and everyone had fun.

I went to the Majestic Caverns on a weekday morning since I was visiting nearby for work & like to adventure as a solo traveler. I did just the guided cave tour & it was about an hour long. Josiah was an awesome tour guide!! He was very knowledgeable on the history of the cave, asked if anyone had questions throughout the tour, & interacted with the people in our group very well! I really enjoyed my time here & if you’re in the area, definitely stop by! The grounds were well kept, the bathrooms were clean, & the gift shop has everything you’re looking for! I’m glad I stopped by ☺️

I bought tickets for the cave tour on 7/6, but due to crazy weather and power outages I was unable to due the tour until 7/8. We completely restructured the last leg of our family vacation around this and boy was it worth it! We have toured hundred of caves across the country and this was one of the most beautiful and unique caves that we have ever seen. The guide was well-spoken, very patient & accommodating when dealing with special needs children who have sensory issues, had impeccable manners, and most importantly was SO knowledgeable. I could tell that our guide, Mitchell was his name I believe, really enjoys his job. Additionally, the manager Ashleigh was fantastic to work with when trying to reschedule our tour. If you love caves or geology, Majestic Caverns is a Must-Do item to add to your vacation bucket list.

Enjoyable family fun. A lot of activities for all ages. Cavern tour was very interesting and enjoyable. The laser light show was really exciting to watch. There was plenty of family fun things to do for everyone. Definitely planning a return visit.

Tour guide was very passionate and you could tell by how much he enjoyed giving the tour. He was personable with everyone, both adults and children. The caves are well protected and cared for, and the path for the tour is safe.WEAR SHOES WITH GOOD GRIPS. I was wearing good tennis shoes, but the decline was difficult for me due to my disability. I hung on to my husband and the railing the whole way down. The railing is sturdy but the cave is damp so it gets wet. Same for the well-textured concrete floor. The activities outside looked fun but we only did the tour.

A very large cavern. Thought there may have been more caverns to move through. However, well preserved and well maintained. The tour guide is very knowledgeable about the history of the cavern that is both informative and humorous at times. There is one point where everyone is seated on benches and get to experience total darkness as early visitors would have without the use of torches. The video does not due justice to the live presentation but it does give a taste of how cool it is.

Our tour guide Josiah was amazing. Very interactive with us along with other guest. Funny and knowledgeable about the cavern and it's history. He even came and talked with my wife and I after the tour for about 20 mins. I give him a 10 out of 10.

The caverns are a natural wonder. They are well worth checking out. They have several other attractions there that obviously cost more to do. They offer camping and RV spots. Just be prepared to walk your stuff in if you tent camp.
