When water started backing up in my floor drain on a Sunday, I knew I had to act fast. Roto-Rooter responded impressively, sending someone out within just two hours. I had a slow kitchen sink drain, which I tried to fix on my own with a drain auger, to no avail.

We had a problem with the main line and Mitchell (0960) our tech did an outstanding job of fixing it and explaining what was going on. And had to work in a not so comfortable position in the laundry room to break the clog. So if you need service in the west suburbs ask for Mitchell.
Had a clog at the main takeaway, so the whole house was on lock down. Roto-Rooter's Sunday policy was a very welcome feature, and they had a tech out the same day. Joe was very professional and easy to talk to, which made the whole exchange both informative and way less stressful. I appreciated the extra effort to check the system (with help from Bob) and learn of future needs without pressure. These were just good people doing a good, clean job, which is all anyone can hope for in this kind of service. Would certainly use again.
