From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The front office immediately called to verify my visit, confirm my insurance, and make sure everything was set before I arrived. When I walked in, they recognized me right away from my profile photo, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. I’ve been nervous about going to the dentist and had been putting it off, but that changed the moment I saw their comfort menu. It truly felt like I was stepping into a spa. I was instantly relaxed and cared for. The front desk team, the dental assistant, and Dr. Patel were all incredibly thorough. They walked me through what needed to be done and created a clear treatment plan right away. When I realized I had run out of HSA funds for my portion of the bill, I worried I’d have to delay my treatment for months, but they quickly presented an easy credit option. I was approved immediately and able to move forward without stress. Dr. Patel, Dr. Patricia, the assistants, and the entire front office staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care. I’m truly grateful for everything you do.

Initially, I was hesitant to book a dental appointment with this dental office. After going to another dentist's practice down the street, my confidence in the dental industry plummeted. My experience with Pure Dental Spa has been positive, thanks to Dr. Bodnar and her extensive care. I began to have hope for the dental industry again. She has been so warm and welcoming! She was treating me like a patient instead of just another number in the system. The staff has been so nice as well. I am glad I decided to try this place, and I highly recommend Dr. Bodnar to everyone. I will be returning for my cleanings, and I'm thankful to know that it would be easy to resolve any problems I have with this practice.

I am pretty discouraged and saddened by the business practices here. I was a patient from September-November 2025 as I had gotten a new insurance plan from my employer. The overall environment was welcoming and modern, and the spa-like feel was something I had never experienced before. On my first visit, I was told that I needed a “deep cleaning” because I had significant bone loss and gum bleeding. Silly me, I did not ask to see any of my xrays and took their word for it. They’re the pro’s right? My insurance did not cover these procedures and I paid nearly $600 out of pocket for these deep cleanings and was told I had to come back every 6 months. Fast forward to January of this year and my insurance no longer has this practice in their network. I visited a new dentist, where extensive xrays were done and a cleaning. I told the new dentist that I had a deep cleaning done at the end of October and was told that I had significant bone loss, and asked for her to check the xrays and photos they had done. To my surprise, she stated that I did NOT have significant bone loss, nor am I a candidate for periodontal disease based on her findings both through the xrays and cleaning. I have not changed anything in my dental routine since visiting Pure Dental Spa, so for me to magically no longer have any signs of gum disease 3 months later is a bit suspicious to me. I feel taken advantage of by Pure Dental Spa and based on previous reviews, I see I am not alone in this upselling of treatments…

I had chipped my tooth and booked an appointment for the next day. Dr. Sadaf and Jasmine did such a great job! They were able to last minute book me for a pulpectomy and sent me home with a great looking temporary crown. Thanks so much!

Came here through a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. The whole process is very streamline and the atmosphere is very professional and calming. The work was quick and painless. Big shout to Shy who talked me through the payment process so I didn’t have any questions.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually enjoyed my dentist appointment. The attention to detail at Pure Dental Spa is next level! The staff is so warm and welcoming, and the comfort menu is a game-changer, I had a cooling eye mask and some mint-flavored lip balm (no more dry lips during my cleaning —thank you!!). They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease. If you're nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go!

Terrible experience here for myself and my daughter. First the hygienist was so aggressive she knocked out a filling I had, but they did not patch up the tooth the same day so I had to endure an entire week with extreme sensitivity on that spot. I came back the next week to get it patched up as well as two cavities treated. Fast forward 6 months I went elsewhere for my routine cleaning and was told the cavities needed to be treated again because it was not done properly the first time. The reason I decided to go elsewhere was because of how they handled my daughter. I was told they could do pediatrics so I brought my 9 year old here. We were told she had a cavity on one of her molars , which needed to be treated. I agreed to proceed and instantly regretted it. My child had the most awful painful experience. Sadly her molars are starting to get wiggly so I completely regret putting her through that ordeal since they were just going to fall out anyway. I do not recommend this place for kids at all.
