I had an awesome experience with New York Jewelers, in Chicago! I bought a very expensive watch from them, one that was somewhat hard to find, and Kassandra (Kas) was fantastic. She was responsive, friendly, helpful, answered all my questions, and even helped me find an OEM strap of a different color for it. From first contact to having the watch in my hand was less than 24 hours. This place is totally legit and an authorized dealer. I was genuinely shocked that an "internet find" could work out so well. I would gladly do business with them again!
I couldn’t be happier with my new necklace. It is exactly what I was hoping for. And my experience with New York jewelers was excellent. They were so helpful and got the necklace to me very quickly. I would just note that while I’m thrilled with my half tennis necklace, because it is very dainty and that’s what I wanted, if you are looking for more of a statement piece, this is not it. Just be advised. But if you want something, you can wear every day just to add a little shimmer, I highly recommend this necklace.
Exceptional experience. Everybody that I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was admittedly a bit nervous prior to coming in, as I’d never purchased a watch in-person or spent time in shops like this, but it could not have gone better. They weren’t on my radar as a jeweler to ask about an upcoming engagement ring, but they certainly are now! This is the exact kind of locally owned business that I’ll be recommending my buddies use when they’re in the market for a watch or ring!
