Katie in referrals is such an amazing, kind, person! She is always on top of it! She is also so helpful and empathetic. (Referrals) Dr. Burrows is an outstanding doctor. He listens intently and gives you his 100% taking his time. He is very kind and knowledgeable and has helped me so much in my health journey! (PCP)

So far I have had 2 appointments with this provider and I have no complaints. The receptionist are always quick to check in and out. NP Nelson is wonderful, she is always following up to make sure my needs are met. I'd recommend her! The appt times are generally pretty short, in and out. Simple blood work appt. Never left waiting long.

The entire staff has shown me great kindness and compassion. Everyone there has been super pleasurable and respectful. When I was lost and confused about where I should go or do about my primary care provider, I prayed about it and looked all over the internet for a new doctor. And I kept coming back to CFP Physicians Group. They are a marvelous and wonderful group of people and I am grateful for all that they have done for me.

Have been using Dr. Selznick for the past 40 years and he is the best of all Doctors. Never rushes you visit and gives you his personal attention during your visit. He is also very kowledgeable about medicines.Again he is the best!!!!!!!! Ken Grushka

I have been with Dr. Nagalapadi for years now, this office provides everything that I need. Everyone is very very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all for such great services.

I decided to switch primary physicians and I am already happy with my choice. This office is very attentive to patients needs. I also thought it’s awesome they can do X-rays and blood work on site which will save me time and energy. They also referred me to someone and followed up to walk me through process. They also have an easy to use online portal.

I have now been in a 4+ month long battle with this office to try and get a blood work bill fixed….be aware! I went in six months ago for a physical, and while I was there, I asked to do some bloodwork because I had had some weird health things going on and just wanted to make sure everything was okay. Come September, I received a bill in the mail for almost $1000, and I was told that none of the blood work done was covered by my insurance. After speaking to insurance, We figured out that the bloodwork had just been coded wrong, and needed to be resubmitted. You would think this is an easy issue to fix, but it took until November 5th (and 5 phone calls + multiple voicemails) for somebody to actually speak with me on the phone, and tell me that they were going to try and fix this problem. From there, I figured everything would be fixed… I was very wrong. In late December, I received notice from the bloodwork company themselves that my bill was being sent to collections in less than a week. Thankfully, I got an extension from them, and tried to call CFP to figure out if the resubmission had ever actually been submitted. again, it took multiple phone calls for somebody to actually speak with me and confirm this. Every time I called they were too busy to speak with me (their literal words) or it went straight to voicemail. After contacting my insurance again, I was told that the resubmission had come through, but the office have now submitted it saying that I needed blood work that had been requested by my school for admission. Again, this is so completely untrue. I learned that on January 16th, and it has taken until today (January 28th) for someone in billing to be willing to take the time to speak with me BUT she wouldn’t do so over the phone (I called at 4pm, office closed at 5) and requested I send an email. I figured I would go ahead and leave this review now, so that way I can keep coming back to it and updating when I inevitably have to deal with this for another few months, because this office does not seem to care if their mistake is going to cost you $978. (Also, maybe someone in charge will worry about a poor review and I might actually get some assistance)

Dr. Bala and her team of Health Care Professionals are amazing, knowledgeable and kind. If you’re looking for a new PCP, and live in the area…I highly recommend this office.
