I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received during my stay. Every member of the staff, from the doctors and nurses to the support team, treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to answer my questions, listen to my concerns, and make sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my experience. What stood out most was the empathy and dedication they showed. Their professionalism, patience, and caring attitudes made a difficult time much easier for me. I truly felt supported and valued as a patient. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional work you do and for making such a positive difference in my recovery. Even the custodial staff was so kind and spoke to me with respect when they entered my room.

Came into emergency and was treated with upmost kindness and care. The whole team from start to finish Emergency Room to short term stay. The 7NE floor was a god send thank you to the whole team for taking care of me for the last few days. Miss Stephanie has the best care team up there from maintenance to nursing staff! Thank you for being my angels throughout my tough 5 days. It was much appreciated!

Very fast and responsive service. Everything was organized great. I would wish them to extend their approach to multi-purpose analysis. I mean sometimes there is missing only more question or, one more analysis or test to get the maximum picture of the patients' status. The personnel was very kind and affable. Their treatment to the patient was very pleasant. I am thankful to them for their professional service.

As hospitals go this one is excellent. I was in the ER and in patient. It’s very clean and well run. Both the ER and hospital have only private rooms. I found every department I interacted with knowledgeable and caring. I never felt rushed and nursing was quick to respond to calls. The food, for a hospital, was surprisingly good. Shout outs to the nurses, nursing assistants especially!

From the parking, to ER checkin/wait & being admitted, this hospital handled me with efficiency and care. Each and every person I came across was friendly, thoughtful & knowledgable. I was admitted for 4 days on 11/6/2025 and was happy with the care that I received. The doctors and nurses were very caring. I am grateful to them all for my care. If you are within the service area of this hospital, I highly recommend them. I could have easily gone to another hospital but I chose to come here specifically because of the previous care I have received her the few times I needed a hospital over the years. I had an amazing experience at Saint Joseph Medical Hospital. From the moment I arrived to the time I was discharged, every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, professional, and very informative. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. The entire team—from the emergency room staff, CT scan team, transport staff, and everyone in between—made me feel safe and well taken care of. A very special shoutout to Nurse Asia on the 7th floor—she went above and beyond for me. Her kindness, compassion, and the way she truly cared made my experience unforgettable. I will never forget her. All the nurses were wonderful, but she truly stands out. Also, thank you to my surgeon, Dr. Tovar, for everything. I really appreciate the care and professionalism. I can honestly say this is the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t choose any other hospital—even if I had to travel far, I would come here again without hesitation. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me.

Here I am waiting around here, my wife is having surgery. Thought I’d leave a review, and some thoughts… Parking was a little tough, but not for a real g like myself. Burbank is a breath of fresh air compared to South LA. My god, I’ve never wanted to transport myself further from LA since driving here via Western Ave this morning. Felt like a 3rd world country, I saw a homeless person rubbing his nub of a foot with alcohol on the way here. There’s rows of tents and full on communities of Central Americans selling produce and stuff all over the streets. Just yesterday I got a threatening letter from Cal-Savers - I have yet to submit my employees to offer them a retirement accounts. It’s $250/employee per month. I wonder if any of these people on the side of Western pay any kind of taxes at all - let alone submit their employee rosters to Cal-savers?
