Great experience!! After dealing with some other dealers and not having a great experience, I made an appointment at Plaza. Tina was my sales consultant and was great. She had the car in stock and I was able to walk away with it in less than one day!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle and wanted to give a special thank you to Safiyya for all of her help. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her follow-through and communication were excellent, which made the experience feel easy and stress-free.
I also really appreciated how thoughtful she was in helping keep my baby occupied while we were there. That level of care and consideration meant a lot and truly made the visit more comfortable for me.

Zero stars if I could. Straight up scammers, and sorry ones at that. We went in to purchase a used vehicle listed online, planning to walk away with the car that day. Upon closer examination, the vehicle had scratches and damage not listed online and needed cosmetic repairs. The molding around the wheel was also removed and in the trunk- no valid reason as to why. The test drive revealed additional cosmetic issues with the volume button coming right off. We asked for the price to be lowered given these issues, the reps would not negotiate and stated they’d make repairs instead. Fine, why not. This was a 2026 Honda HRV, 6000 miles, previous owner kept it 2 months. We still wanted to move forward with the purchase and were told the car would be buffed and ready by Tuesday, or Wednesday latest. We went ahead and donated our old ride and made preparations with insurance transfers and the whole nine so we could drive off the lot with our new car.
At no point did they list the vehicle online as being under contract, as we’ve noted other dealerships do. The salesman, Jamar, and his manager, Emilio, stalled us until Thursday afternoon, fully aware that we were in urgent need of a car. They worked out their sad little game between them and tried to get us to pay more for the vehicle. The Purchase Order we were initially given had not been signed by them so they thought they were slick presenting us with a new, signed purchase order - with a price bump of course; claiming their staff/system miscalculated the sales tax in the initial order and that we’d be responsible for an additional $1000+. We refused to pay a penny more than what was agreed, and based on the experience: stalling, games, 4 days of our lives wasted waiting for a car they probably had ready same day- - all just for a couple extra thousand dollars? We walked away, no hesitation. All the red flags were there, and we chose to stop ignoring them.
Given the way they do business, we have zero confidence the car hasn’t been messed with in order to force us to return for some other stupid issue they can try and make us pay for down the line. Don’t just walk away, RUN as far as possible to a dealership that respects your money and takes your time seriously. A serious waste of time and energy.
