Today was my first visit and my daughter recommended Dr.Elena Geller and all i can say is great things I've been to many eye doctors and I must say this was the best visit I've had so far, she's very professional and takes her time. She will definitely be seeing me again. I recommend!

You make an appointment. You arrive on time. You wait HOURS. At this point I don’t care what the quality of care is. This is total disorganization and disrespect for your patients’ time.

After 2 years after the cataract surgery with the premium lence and multiple laser corrections. Still blurry. And glares at night.

I've been going to this clinic for some time now, my doctor name is Elena Geller. Definitely one of the best. She's very professional, knowledgeable and her bedside manner is 10/10. The staff is also great! If anyone out there is looking for an great ophthalmologist I recommend. My mom went to her for the first time and she also feels the same.

VERY DISORGANIZED, AND THEY HANG UP ON ME THREE TIMES because they claimed to be short staffed. My son was seen by the office once last year. I made his year follow up a few months later. The appointment fell on a Monday, i received a call on Friday i thought they were confirming secretary calls and says "no MD decided he will only treat veterans an no longer children." The day before his appointment! WOW cannot be anymore DISORGANIZED Than that. When i asked for the medical records i was told manager will be sending them never heard from her she went on vacation. WONDERFUL! I called back the following week manager on vacation. So i asked to speak to next person in charge and i spoke to Carmen lovely women. She took care of the problem right away. When i explained to her they have poor medical practice she did not say anything just offered to help me.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Szlechter and office staff. Everybody from the front desk to the back office was very accommodating. I had a retinal detachment and they gave me an appointment for the same day and surgery the next day. They worked with me on my insurance. My eye is healing much better than originally thought! I am so happy that I chose this doctor.

I can't praise the Laser and Microsurgery Clinic enough. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist set the tone with warmth and efficiency, and that level of care continued throughout my visit. The nurses were incredibly attentive and courteous, making me feel at ease. However, the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly meeting Dr. Julia Alexandrov. Not only is she highly skilled and professional, but her genuine compassion and empathy truly set her apart. When I mentioned concerns about potentially having multiple sclerosis, she didn't hesitate to conduct additional tests and promptly referred me to a specialist. It's rare to encounter a doctor who combines expertise with such a humane approach. I'm grateful for the exceptional care I received at this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical attention.
