I had a great experience with Human Care Home Care Services. The staff is professional, caring, and truly dedicated to providing quality care. Communication was always clear, and they made sure all questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I especially want to recognize Norma from Human Resources, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the process. She made everything easy to understand and was always available when needed. Her support made a big difference and showed how much Human Care values both their clients and employees. I highly recommend Human Care Home Care Services to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate home care.

Their course for HHA is great the instructor was very helpful and very clear about what our objectives were and great experience

Answering all my concerns and questions and even reassured me to stay come over the phone when I panicked a little,Victoria from intake. I had to ask for her name again at the end due to my amnesia but gosh such a wonderful girl. Will recommend for sure! Thank you once again

The experience today was completely different from last time. The Asian woman last time acted like I owed her money. This time, a young girl her named Fatkhuna so nice!!!

It’s worse agency on NYC .Lowest wage ,unresponsible accounter it’s not pick the phone or give you Polite answer . We all working for money ,This agency will took money from you and never reimbursed you. The payed to me 13,47 $ ,amd now end of 2025 y I wish them survive and get payed as much the same .

this agency does not pick up the phone. Their response time to clients is horrible. You are either meet with a phone ringing and no pick up or you get voicemails over and over again that could take days for anyone to get back to you. I have worked with several agencies for services for my family and i have never delt with one that has such terrible response time. If i don't see changes soon i will be switching over.

I have been a client with Human Care for two months. It’s one of the worst agencies I’ve been with to get care. My aide was good is the coordinators that needs to be Fired. My aide called the Coordinator Mr. Daniel a month ahead of time because she’s going on vacation for two weeks, for a replacement aide. Mr. Daniel Never returned her or mine calls. I’m out of an aide for a week. Please do your research this is not a responsible agency.
