Had an amazing experience at Charm Caribbean Restaurant! The hospitality was top-tier from the moment I walked in. The Cloud 9 drink was absolutely amazing and perfectly made. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The fried shrimp was cooked perfectly with a delicious crispy texture, and the red snapper was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection.
Great food, great drinks, and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic Caribbean food and a welcoming atmosphere! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went on a Saturday for brunch & overall was cool. Was celebrating my friend and we were seated in the back outdoor area which was beautiful with the sunlight hitting.. the weather outside was cold so it was nice that the outdoor sitting wasn’t cold too. Although you have to pass the kitchen (like you are legit in the kitchen to get there and makes me wonder to what extent that is okay?) We were a party of 6 and overall consensus the food was good, drinks were bomb! The music selection was also a hit! though the speakers weren’t on our favor.. when it was it was great! SHOUTOUT TO TORI who served us well, met our needs and, didn’t make us feel like a burden when we had feedback.
Would recommend: Fried Cauliflower Wings 9/10!
My experience at Charm was amazing . The music and food was great! A perfect weekend brunch spot. The Jalen the bartender was so nice and attentive to everything I needed. Will definitely come back soon!
Charm is a true gem that perfectly balances a small intimate atmosphere with great hospitality. The staff were accommodating. It was great meeting Chef Manuel, whose warmth and generosity included a delicious complimentary dessert. The Griot Plantain Cups are a standout starter and the Lobster and Clam Pasta was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Definitely a good spot for date night.
The drinks were great! The food was good the Mac and cheese is a must if you come. Our server Jalen was amazing very attentive friendly made great suggestions thank you Jalen!!
My teenage daughter and I Went to Charm last night and didn’t have the best experience. First of all they were out of a their best appetizers (the Curry Vegetable Rangoon and the Oxtail Rangoon) so I ordered the Guava wings and it arrived with HAIR in it, so I sent it back . The waiter tried to convince me that it was just a piece of feather. My daughter ordered the Rasta Pasta with shrimp because they were out of lobster. She asked if it was very spicy and the waiter said NO but it was. She returned it and ordered the Mac and cheese and fries to be safe. When I got the check I was a little surprised to see that my bill was $180. Instead of checking it I paid it but my kid took a pic of it so I was able to look it over right before we left. To my surprise we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity for a table of 2 and for an appetizer that was sold out. I wanted to talk to a manager but I was told that there was no manager on premises. I was able to get help from another waiter who fixed my check and refunded me $49. Great atmosphere but awful service. They should have at least comp something on the bill for all they put me through.
Danny was the best server ever!! The food was soooooo good, and I’d definitely recommend for brunch for a small party with friends. Make sure you make a reservation, and come to have great time because the playlist was also BOMB!! (Actually…don’t come. I don’t want it to get too popular, because it’s truly the best brunch I’ve had in a while). If you’re indecisive, make sure you get the island French toast, fried chicken, and a mimosa. Can’t go wrong with that.
