I helped my daughter by a car here. Our salesman was Mike Vallesteros. I have nothing but positive things to say!!! Mike was great from the start. He was responsive and helpful, and just had a very friendly demeanor. The gentleman in finance was great too. This was the most relaxed I have ever felt when purchasing a vehicle. Really!!!!!

We have a 2016 Ford Edge purchased new in 2017. It has 122K miles and has been a great vehicle. The check engine light came on and I called Bill Brandt Ford immediately. They set an appt. for the next morning. It was determined that the Engine Wiring Harness needed to be replaced. The dealer said they needed our car for a few days. I rented a car and received a discount because we are Bill Brandt Ford customers. They completed the work earlier than promised. Our interactions with the dealership personnel was all positive.

This is a family-operated business that is run with the highest level of professionalism. The team is highly skilled in their work and treats customers with genuine care and respect. My overall experience with everyone I interacted with has been excellent

In short, I was given a salesman that didn't take the time to explain astronomical charges on top of the negotiated price. This salesman didn't seem to care about me, nor take the time to listen to me. A second more experienced salesman took the time to explain everything and make everything make sense. I have updated my initial 3 star rating to 2. After having the vehicle for a while, I have learned that I was bamboozled into purchasing a lojack system, a clear bra and some type of overpriced armoral and scotch guard protection. I recently picked up my new vehicle from having these add ons done. The clear bra came out with a little piece of damage on the door protector as if it were already damaged by hitting something. I pointed this out and they said they would tell somebody. Additionally, I was never told that my vehicle comes with its own tracking device through the Ford App. So I was bamboozled into purchasing a second system "lojack." Yes, ultimately it was my own stupid fault for allowing them to sell me these things. I hope others read this so they don't get bamboozled by this dealership. I would have had so much more respect from them had they educated me more of these additional items. Remember, BUYER BEWARE! ***UPDATE*** I again changed my rating back to 3 stars. After effort on my part and a request to correct the unnecessary LoJack I was sold, I asked them if they could put the lojack system in a different vehicle. What they did do for me was give me a whole new lojack system in a different Ford truck I own for free. This obviously can't negate the previous experience, but it was good customer service to give me a free LoJack system in a different vehicle. I also purchased an extended warranty for this truck. I hope this marks a positive relationship for future business. Time will tell. P.S. BIll Brandt Ford needs to give their shuttle driver, Johnny, a raise in pay! Not only is he a great diver he also doubles as a Therapist to all of the frustrated Ford vehicle owners who travel in his shuttle to and from the dealership all day long. Johnny gets a 5 star review for his exceptional driving and listening! Give that man a raise$$! Thank you, Johnny!

Flew all the way from Los Angeles to pick up my car. Troy and Leon were a pleasure to work with. Had to travel to get there because we wanted a specific car we wanted. Everything that we went over the phone, happened when we arrived and the process could not have gone more smoother. In the future i would fly out can buy a car from here again.
