Garden Winds

I want to thank Garden Winds for allowing me to keep my Coleman 5x7 pop up canopy. The original cover was paper thin from use in the California sun. Seeing how Coleman does not give a replacement cover for this canopy (Which I think is discontinued). You gave it a second life !Thank you Garden Winds for stepping up and making one. The cover works great !

I needed a replacement top and, could not figure out what brand gazebo I had. I used the chat feature sent a few pictures and was responded to very quickly!! Garden winds was able to find my exact gazebo from 2021 and had the replacement in stock. Great customer service!! Thank you, saved me from having to buy a new one.

Ordered navy which is very nice looking but is an inch or so too short despite our vigorous efforts so very difficult to install. We ended up having to remove plastic end caps which I’m sure will eventually cause tears in the pocket they are inserted in. In the very brief time (1month) since we installed this the color faded to a drab purple blue from navy. Very disappointing. We do get full South exposure but didn’t expect this as I got the upgraded model.

We have bought several of these replacement covers in the past, because we understand that they can't be expected to last forever. But our last one barely made it a year. It looked completely worn when I took it down last fall, and last night it basically disintegrated in a thunderstorm, after I only put it up a month ago. Seems as if the quality has gone downhill.

The quality of this canopy cover is great BUT the measurements are way off. There is no reason that a canopy cover like this one should be as diffuse as it is to put on. My wife and I spent hours trying to pull it, stretch it and make it fit. To put it short, the canopy is so tight the frame is bending in on all 4 sides from the amount of pressure the cover is exerting on it. Keeping 1 out of desperation cause we need it for the holidays and returning the other because it is not worth the amount of skin I lost on my knuckles trying to make this thing fit.

The canopy arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Unfortunately I'm in a very sunny location so the sun does damage them pretty fast. I get about 2 good years out of a canopy sometimes 3. I might try purchasing the higher quality fabric that Garden Winds offers next time.

Service was excellent - I posted pictures of the existing ten year old gazebo to their phone, and they identified the correct one that I had and the correct replacement; I ordered it and it fits perfectly. I got the middle quality one (ripstop 350)

This was such an amazing service. I sent them three pictures. They asked for a follow up picture and was able to determine what canopy I needed. It fits perfectly and looks great I need a new structure, but didn’t want to replace it just yet and so this was amazing way to extend the life for a couple years
