Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC

We called Service Champions to come out and take a look at our furnace and our HVAC unit. The furnace had a defective part which was causing it to belt out a horrible screech whenever we turned it on. Service technician, Anthony, also inspected the ductwork in the attic and found it was a total disaster from the original installer (not Service Champions). Home improvement Salesperson Eric came out and in thorough detail explained what repairs needed to be done. The following day, technicians Anthony and James came out and took care of the furnace. Installers Michael and Gilbert came out and completely replaced the air ducts in the attic. I also spoke with office staff Monique and Diego who were also very helpful. We are so impressed with the professionalism, great friendly and helpful personalities, transparency and informative that they all were to fix the numerous issues our entire heating & HVAC system had. We will not hesitate to use them in the future! Thank you for having such wonderful employees that truly care about their customers !

This is my first time using them. They had an HVAC service promotion, so I thought I would give them a try. The appointment process was seamless. The person I talked with was friendly and efficient. On my scheduled appointment day, I received a courtesy call from the service technician letting me know they were about 20 minutes away. When Myles and Blake arrived, they were very cordial and nicely introduced themselves. I showed them where the system components were and they got right to work. Myles, who was the lead technician, would check in with me periodically to let me know how things were going. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the different readings they were getting and answer any questions I had. The whole experience was very positive. The guys were thorough and courteous throughout the whole process. I would definitely continue to use Service Champions for any heating and air conditioning needs.

I have been a member of Service Champions for over a decade now and they continue to be the best of the best. I get all my HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repairs done by them, and they are consistent with their level and quality of service and workmanship. I haven't left a review for anyone in particular, but after my last HVAC check-up, I want to especially recognize Miguel Valdez. He was not only friendly (as all their team members are), but Miguel was extremely detailed and thorough with the two systems we have, one of which is very old and literally hanging on for dear life. After Miguel's visit, I am confident I can squeeze out a little more life in my older unit. I also don't normally ask for a favor (their "act of kindness"), but this time, I had two lights go out in my vaulted ceilings and Miguel immediately went out of his way to change out the two lights. This was after a long service call to begin with! I'm sure he was looking forward to going home for the day, but without hesitation, Miguel helped me out with something that I haven't been able to get to for months. Thank you so much, Miguel! I really appreciate you!

Derick was a sweet kid, but he did not instill confidence to me. He came out to do the safety check on the water heater and the drains per my Service champion club. I mentioned to the lady when I set up the appointment that I had three other issues to be addressed. I did not think that he could fix any of the issues that I showed him. I’ve attached photos of the three issues and the water heater. The water heater is over 20 years old and he said I would have to sign a waiver Because of his age. The bathroom faucet, the aerator broke off and needs an easy out or something to take what’s left out, it was like he’s never seen anything like that. The bathroom faucet has a very, very, very slow drip, I told him that I replaced the seat and the cartridges and it still had the very slow drip. He didn’t know why it was still dripping. I told him that we would just call it a day and start a fresh with a new technician.

Was having issues with my AC unit not cooling down and the ac breaker tripping in my electrical panel. So with some research I found Service Champions online and based on their great ratings, I decided to make an appointment online. The technician Mario who was very knowledgeable and professional, came over and began to troubleshoot the problem. He was very thorough with his inspection and quickly was able to find the problem and fix it. He was able to answer any questions I had and provided great recommendations for the future. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Service Champions if you have any issues with your AC unit.

I’ve used Service Champions multiple times over the past year and they’re always professional: on time, courteous, dressed in uniform, knowledgeable, great communicators, and efficient. Giovanny Bonilla, in particular, went above and beyond to explain the cause of the leak and how to use the new faucet. He also checked out another plumber’s assessment and gave me great feedback.

I had my yearly plumbing service call from the membership program today & I was very satisfied with Johnathan Gonzalez my technician. Arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, took pictures to show me my copper plumbing, told me about possible repairs I might need in the future. No high pressure to scare me into unneeded repairs at this time. As a senior citizen I appreciate that. His co-worker Bobby stopped by to see if he needed any help. Both guys were very nice, patient & professional. I was very satisfied & recommend Service Champions. Next week they are coming to do an AC checkup for me which is also part of my membership program.

My experience with Service Champions was amazing. It was a pleasure speaking with office staff, the technicians were professional and the reps who identified the issue with my system were knowledgeable. A great experience from start to finish. Was pleased they were able to install my new system the following day. Really appreciate their respect for the property and cleanliness on the job.
