I wont say anything negative about this place. My adult daughter has special needs and has medicaid and this is the Dr's office that they gave her 7 years ago. She has been seeing Dr Shaub for 7 years and he is the best Dr she has ever seen. He is personable and takes his time with her. He interacts with her and she literally adores him. He is thorough and has even checked in on her at home when she's been really sick. I wouldn't change him for any other Doctor out there!!! His staff are great! Getting blood work done at the office is easy... can be a little time consuming but better than having to make an appt with the lab and taking another day to do it. I've never seen any other doctors in the center but not for any particular reason, she already has all her specialists. Dr Brian Shaub... 10 stars!!!!

Visitor notes
“Dr. Christine Exinor is an exceptional physician who truly cares about her patients. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I’ve been with her for many years and have consistently received outstanding care and support. Her professionalism and kindness have made a lasting impact on my health and well-being. I’m very grateful for everything she has done for me, and the only reason I’m leaving her practice is because I’m relocating.”
Don’t miss an appointment. You will not be able to reschedule unless you go to the office. They NEVER answer the phone! Ridiculous, I’m setting up dental services with another dentist.
This place is absolutely evil and horrible! I can never reach my PCP Christine Exinor, APRN. I have surgery in a month for breast cancer and there’s multiple clearances that are needed from other specialist. They have all been contacting this office to get a referral approval for weeks with no response and now my appointments and surgery are being rescheduled once again because of this office! I have called and called and got no resolution. I am at stage four breast cancer and this has been prolonged so many times. This is so unfair and evil. I went to get a DNR and this doctor refused to do it, citing that the PCP office does not do DNR’s one that is in fact, incorrect. I don’t understand where these people got their degrees from.
I recently visited this community medical center for routine bloodwork and had a mixed experience. The receptionist was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and very professional, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience once I was brought to the clinical area did not feel as positive. The floor nursing staff seemed less communicative and less approachable than expected. Information was not offered unless I specifically asked, and overall the interaction felt somewhat unfriendly and impersonal. I also felt the process was unclear—I was not informed about which doctors practiced there, nor was I given the option to choose a specific provider. I was only asked whether I preferred a male or female provider. Later, a nurse asked me, “Did you switch doctors?” which was confusing, as I had never selected or changed a physician. When I asked for clarification, I was told again that only gender preference had been noted. This lack of clarity made the visit feel disorganized. There were also communication challenges, as it was sometimes difficult to clearly understand staff with their language barriers, which led to repeated explanations and moments of confusion. While the bloodwork itself was completed, the overall experience left me feeling less supported than I would expect in a healthcare setting. I hope improvements can be made in communication, clarity, and bedside manner, as the front-desk experience showed that positive patient interaction is possible here.
Pediatric Dental staff is friendly and knowledgeable plus they allow me go sit in during the examinations. The bad thing is, its impossible to get through to them by phone. I need to reschedule an appointment and their voicemail is full. How ridiculous is that? Its not the first time either
Doctors are great, but nurses not so much. I got blood work done on December 20. I found out my results online and knew something was wrong. I called multiple times to talk to the nurse so they could explain the results, but there was no answer. I left a message, but nothing happened. I tried to make a doctor's appointment online, but the app didn't work. He told me the nurse was going to call me. I found out online that I needed more exams. Eight days later, the nurse called, and I asked why it took so long. She basically didn't know what to say. She called after I had already scheduled my other labs and ultrasound, which I found out online on my account. So disappointed, and it's not for free; they get paid for it...
Very nice health center and good service. Calm atmosphere, clean and beautiful. The only question for you guys is why the next appointment with the doctor is in a few months?!
