I don’t even know where to start! I came home from work to find a flood underneath my sink and immediately called Ray The Plumber. They had someone at my house within two hours and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. From my first call to the office, Megan was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and reassuring. Then Jeff arrived, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I met with perhaps 5 different plumbers over several days to diagnose and then correct a number of plumbing issues. The booking / scheduling staff were both polite and helpful as they worked with my schedule and kept me informed of the work schedule planned for my home. All of the plumbers were courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber

We had the cesspools treated for maintanence. The service tech, Ryan, was great! He evaluated the situation, explained to me his recommendations and I agreed. Everything went smoothly. Ray the plumber will be the ppl I call for all of our future needs. I was very satisfied.

Ryan came and was able to find my cesspool with ease. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and just overall pleasant. He pumped and treated my cesspool. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was amazed with how fair the prices were…I for sure thought this job was going to cost way more than it did.
